Cop Uses Tazer Against Unarmed 14 Year Old Girl

I'm sure some will come to justify the cops actions, but, there is no excuse. If you can't restrain an unarmed 14 year old girl without using a tazer, YOU'RE FIRED!

I think he was out of line, but we don't have the whole clip.

Until we see the full video people will try and justify his actions by saying something could have happened. Either way, I'm siding with the girl.

That is what you get when you resist arrest.

Simple solution. Do what a cop tells you to do as long as its not immoral or illegal.

Get real people.

If you watch the video closely , you can see she was reaching for the gun. You NEVER reach for anything on an officer. NEVER!

The point is, if your job is to "serve and protect" and you can't even restrain a 14 year old girl because you lack the technique, or because you're a psychopath who enjoys tazering people (pick one), you don't deserve to wear a badge, and should be fired.

Even if that's true, it means you're bad at your job for letting a 14 year old girl risk taking your gun.

You keep your distance, and if you have to restrain someone, you use technique. Get wrist control, and arm drag them to followed up with a kimura, or break their posture. I don't even see a reason for it to begin with...rediculous.


Using a tazer puts people at an increased risk of death, there have been many tazer deaths.

Hand was reaching up, defensively, as the cop was physically attacking her.

Why are you making things up? We all have eyes and brains - you're going to have to work harder to fool us.

And yeah, grown man tazing 14 year old girl. You think it's ok. You should go out for the police force, you seem the type of trainable dog they are recruiting so much of lately.

I would never wish this on your 14 year old daughter, so I hope you have the privilege of being tazed one day by a trigger happy cop who is more than willing to escalate the situation far beyond where it needs to go. You need some education, obviously.

You should probably just watch the video before you comment. She does a roll to the side to get away from the chokehold. She has both of her hands up. There isn't anyone reaching for anything except the thug with the tazer.

[Edit to add] Also that camera has to be a manned one. Or someone high on mushrooms programmed it and even then how does it convieniently stay on the action when there is some?

Justify...no. Look at it without bias...yes.


She should have done what was asked of her immediately.


He's a poor example of those sworn to protect and serve.


With that said, considering where he shot her, the groin, be thankful he didn't use his baton...
