Demolitions expertise needed, come on in if you know how to blow things up

Heres the thing the WTC 7 came down at about 5:15pm on 911. Recently the owner of the WTC7 said that the decision was made to bring it down due to the damage it received from the falling debris from WTC 1&2. I will provide a link for his statement. I just want to know how long it would take an expert (oh and BTW WTC7 was supposedly on fire) to rig a 47 story building on fire for demolition to bring it down safely. I mean a 47 story building falling over instead of imploding on itself could create a lot of damage. Also who was the hero who went into that burning building with explosives and rigged the building for demolition? I think he should get a congressional medal of honor award.

Goose, I've read an estimate just about this some time ago. As soon as home pc is up again I look for it.

WTC 7 was not extensively damaged from any fallen debries.
WTC 7 had only small fires, I seem to remember only on 2-3 floors?
