American citizens can be detained without proper constitutional safeguards.

There, that was free, couldn't charge you anyway from inactive status. JD UT Austin 1980.

sigh, not due to the recent bill everybody is complaining about. Though I agree with you if you are talking about TPTB using other methods of doing so.
