His answer, which involved opening doors to dissidents (those opposed to government intervention in economies) was very direct and the most cogent response possible...He has experience in dealing with Chinese citizens...The America we know today would not exist if it were not for the Chinese.

Fox live commentator said this was Ron's best debate.

No, I'm seeing hard questions for Gingrich and Romney.

Paul, Gingrich and Romney are top-tier right now so they will be getting more difficult questions. Nothing wrong with that, as long as it is even.

I personally like his answer, I actually like Paul's foreign policy.

But I don't think Republicans are going to like his answer.

But seeing how Baier just pushed the same premise at Paul 3 times was extremely fishy. That was obvious bias against Paul...they want the GOP establishment to hear Paul say it three times in a row that we won't go to war with Iran...GOP establishment base all pump the war drums on Iran...they all buy into it easily.

Call them what you want...it is the base of the Republican party that hate his position on foreign policy.

I think Fox News got exactly what they wanted from Ron Paul...those responses will be played over and over claiming he is weak on foreign policy. Brett planted the seed that he is "left of Obama" on this...that is not a good thing for a Republican candidate to be tagged with.

And notice that Ron Paul didn't try to deny that he is left of Obama on this issue.
