That was certainly the majority of what he said, but there was something else in there that he said in between all of the "God is great"s.

I don't think it was the sweeper who fired at the tank....You see him nod to someone who comes forward after he leaves.

The guy who comes out, looks to be wearing the same hat and jacket, so sweeper may have been nodding to "go get the RPG"

Hmm, I'm not sure, are they both wearing the same coloured trousers ?

The vids not clear but I get the impression the sweeper has blue trousers while the shooter has brown ones

You may be right, it also appears the jacket is zipped or buttoned so it may be a second person.

Tank Driver should have realised something was up.

whys is the sweeper communicating with someone out of view?
why is he looking at the tank?

He wants a clean yard.
Someone is helping him clean.
"Oh s# there's a tank over there, I hope he doesn't think my sweeping seems suspicious."

It would also be the commander who was responsible for spotting threats iirc, the driver would be concerned with driving.

I was asking myself the same question. Its a shame the video stops right after impact.

As a funny aside I think maybe someone said:
"Hey Wahid, its time for a coffee break. Go shoot that tank while I make the brew. We aren't on company time now"

ETA Does anyone know if an RPG hitting (possibly?) the side of a tank will actually cause serious damage to it?

Probably none , Except for the crew having a severe headache .It did seem to hit the tracks which would be the ideal shot.
Expect some severe retaliation .

Most modern tanks have side panels that detect incoming objects and shoot off the side into the incoming projectile, that's why the ideal shot/s is hitting the same part twice

ِHere's what he says:
"Allaho Akbar" x2 - "God is Great" x2.
"Wama ramayta ith ramayta walakenna-Allaha ramaa" x2 - "when thou threwest (a handful of dust), it was not thy act, but Allah´s" x2. (*)
"Allaho Akbar" x7 - "God is Great" x7.

(*) This is part of a whole Aya (verse): "It is not ye who slew them; it was Allah: when thou threwest (a handful of dust), it was not thy act, but Allah´s: in order that He might test the Believers by a gracious trial from Himself: for Allah is He Who heareth and knoweth (all things)."

The Aya (verse) is number 17 of Sura (Chapter) number 8, Al-Anfaal (The Spoils of War).

It does not look like a tank.

It looks more like a Russian BMP-2 infantry fighting vehicle.

And if it is the people inside have more then a headache as its a thinly armored death trap.

The armor is about a 1 1/3 inches thick

You will note that the RPG explosion was a lot smaller then normal.

This is because most of the force went inside and shredded the contents.
