YES!

And the background noise in all programs and turn up the voices. I have to have my TV so loud to understand the words that all the other noise drives me insane. It is either learn to read lips, tolerate the loud background noise to hear the words.

Like I said earlier, I think my best option is to cancel my cable and sell my TVs!
