China is considering a proposal for its navy ships to use the ports of a tiny island nation off the coast of East Africa to rest and take on supplies while participating in antipiracy patrols.

Who's brainwashed?

I bet you didn't even know Lincoln had to get Russia's entire Pacific and Atlantic Naval fleets in Union ports to defeat the Southern States. And it was RUSSIA who demanded Lincoln end slavery, not Lincoln. Slave owners used to house and feed their slaves. Russia knew there was more money to be made paying them a little and letting them figure out how to feed and clothe themselves.....and Government would make more money.
