The woman(man) is looking at the camera, as a proof or her(his) Time Travel!

I want to bring back in light a subject discussed here on ATS many times,as a conclusion of my opinion.
All of you know the trailer of the Charlie Chaplin Circus film.The woman that speaks at a mobile phone in 1923.

First there is no coincidence that ,she(he) stopped in the front of the camera,for a few seconds and look at the camera.I think the reason that she(he) do that,is to have the certain proof of her(his)presence at that specific moment in that specific place.

The time traveler in Chaplin's film has an attitude of a person that knows what is doing.And she(he) is doing on purpose,to remain in history!

I think that the traveler didn't made the trip yet,but we are not far away from that,maybe in 2012!
Could be a person very rich that pay for a time travel,just like rich people pay for space travel.
Who do you think that could be the time traveler,who is she(he)alike?

I think that the biggest mistake made when evaluating the case is this:

She is actually a he.

And he, is The Penguin.

could be a radio? possibly she or he is following a political or sports radio program and would rather keep the volume down to not bother anyone so she is holding it to her ear tohear better.. or it could be a time traveler with a cell phone, but who would be the provider. all options should be investigated

In the video the "time traveler" is transparent, it looks imposed to me. You can see the back ground through her/his hat.

Extremely unusual, but who knows how to explain what we're seeing!?

You don't speak to a hearing device.

I thought we couldn't travel back in time to a point before the machine was invented. That's what I've heard from theoretical physicists like Dr Michio Kaku. So If the person in the film is a time traveler, then the tech was around in the 1920's??

Then according to what we think we know about time travel, this person could not be a time traveler. Of course it's all theory, but if the technology to travel back in time won't be invented till after next year, then we won't be able to go back to before that time. Right?

The transparency noticed is from the interlacing of the elephant image further in the footage , the sheet covering the elephant matches up and appears line for line as the shot fades in sequence with the person .

hi think its a mobile phone too and if they have the tech to go back in time using a mobile sure was no problem based in the hi-tech they use to do the time travel sorry for my bad inglish ^^
