So it's better in your logic to forfeit all individual freedoms and turn them over blindly to the corporations? That's asking for 1984 and don't try and spin it.

Since you can't handle facts you resort to character assassinations, just when I thought we were beginning to make some headway, bam, this happens!

Sorry, try again.
The same source you used mentioned that Marx and Engels considered the Paris Commune of 1871 which was direct democracy in action as the dictatorship of the proletariat. The Paris Commune was a real life event not some theoretical example.

The very source you used mentions that Marx considered workers self-management of the Paris Commune a model of socialism, not some authoritarian state like China.

I realize how utterly embarrassing this must be for you.

You really do not ever resppond to people. You seem to be reading from a script because you just hit reply and then post things that usually seem deflective at BEST.

Corporations are not people. They do not have a conscience, soul or heart. They exist for one purpose and one purpose only - MAKE AS MUCH MONEY AS POSSIBLE. That is it.
Now, I have incorporated. How about when you finally get arrested by one of Obama's communist thugs for something assinine and you request a jury trial, tell me you would hope to see both me and my corporation in the jury box taking up two seats. Total employees of my corporation = 1. Me. I get two chairs. This is your wish, really?

Exactly and the Ron Paul factor exposes the fact that they are not really running against each other, just taking their assigned role where Paul was not assigned by the facilitators to have a role. So what do they do? Pretend he is not even there as they remember the script. Well i don't think they even were prepared to have a "outsider" crash the party. He is going against the grain... he really has some cages rattled.

They are intentionally trying to sabotage and thwart any chance of momentum. Or in a sense eliminate any suspicion to the real agenda, continue Obama on his assignment and continue the dog and pony show. Yes Anon and OWS are a threat, OWS accomplished a very important thing and that was proving that the PTB will go to no end to violently suppress peaceful protests and blatantly violate our constitution FOR ALL TO SEE. forcing their hand hence exposing the true nature of the machine. The FBI hunting down script kiddies pinging credit card companies 6 months before was laughable. The FBI did not get their man because he does not have a face, the one thing they have tried to kill is thought and thinking people. They have to know you cant arrest an idea. In doing so inspiring more people to join anon. Now Stuxnet is in the hands of Anonymous isn't that neat maniacal laugh

The absolute only way that communism works as a classless society is if there is effectively NO govt. This also means that it can only work in small COMMUNE's that are run by the people within each community with total autonomy. It also means that people that don't carry their own weight are kicked out of the society.

What's funny is that our system of government in the us, allows for this possibility to a limited extent, but only if the Federal Govt. actually sticks within it's constitutional confines.

Yeah, I have not had such extensive arguments with conservatives before, so this is a bit of a shock for me. Anything they don't like they immediately call Socialist, Marxist, Communist, or Fascist without any knowledge of they mean.
Though macman seems to be better than that... so far.

I've heard them assert that Obama and Hillary are Marxists. How do you even begin to respond to such ignorance?

Yes, I have stated that. I will not hide behind anything.
If I said it, I will own up to it.

Just for the record, I am a Conservative Libertarian.
I want the least amount of Govt as humanly possible.
Govt, is inherently evil. Its sole purpose is to control the citizens.
A snow ball starting down MT Everest if you will. It just gets bigger and bigger as it goes.

Kudos to you. I wish I were in a position to give you many stars or even applause for having the courage to admit you use words like Marxist without having any idea what they mean. It really has to take guts to finally admit that the buzz words that make up 75% of your arguments are words you have yet to understand.

Thank you for understanding what I was attempting to get at. Yes, the government as we know it would not exist.
I've been trying to explain that to him for so long!

Also, you are correct in that the system in the U.S. does lend itself to such a decentralized concept.
The idea of small autonomous communes is certainly one potential model. Though, we shouldn't forget that the amazing technology developed by capitalism would help with more efficient production and distribution.

So the bottom line (from what I've read so far)

Republicans and conservatives are soul-sucking demons from the planet Corporatos

Democrats and socialists and communists are unicorn-loving, rainbow-hugging, bringers of light and peace and harmony who only want to bring joy and wonderment to the world

Kids, play your word games. Mangle, redefine terms. What it comes down to is this, big government, whether it be corporate-backed, commie-backed, socialist-backed, is going to make you bend over to be their prison bride.

Government won't take care of you.
Government doesn't care.

Like a poster said of corporations; government doesn't have a soul. Government just cares about profit. Government only cares about growing itself bigger.

Actually Sarah jazzed up the McCain campaign, but the liberals and the media beat her down so far.

By quoting her and showing footage of her "speeches?"
If you say something stupid and you ask my channel to film and show it, is it me who is picking on your for showing how stupid you are or is it you for asking me to turn on the camera before you say something stupid?

I am curious because for the course of this entire thread, a few of you seem so preprogrammed as you just say things like a reflex and it is all the exact same stuff FOX, Savage, Medved, and their ilk spew. Word for freaking word sometimes.

Can any Republicans in this thread honestly tell me that the Bush years were good for America? That was 8 years pf Repulbican control and how did it go? Is this new crop different in any way from the NeoCon mindset that personified Bush's terms? No.

Reality misses you.

And where exactly did you read that? Can you read? It seems the only one linking Democrats, Socialist, and Communists is you so I would love to know how you have "got that so far from reading this thread."

Will I get a real answer?

More namby-pamby nonsense.
If it was used in an actual quote, I would have quoted it.
Either defend or argue or present your case.
Make a statement!
Stand up for something!

Personally, when it takes 50 words to describe or defend a position when 10 words will do, I'm guessing the person is obfuscating and deflecting.

It's like a list, cycle through it first and when complete, repeat. It's like that paper trick where you write on both sides "If you want to keep a dummy busy for hours turn over!" type deal. It's unreal and is a clearcut sign of a programmed person. You'll notice odd eye twitches, sudden preoccupation with distractions, easily shakable in the programmed. I think they use lights and certain colour streams via tv or something along those lines to either add or delete content in people along the same exact way you would plug in a mp3 player to swop out the content. Like one to erase, one to record, one to delete. Sounds and musical patterns during like commercials and promos could be the vehicle used for deprogramming and reprogramming!

For whatever it's worth, I believe that McCain really saw her as a maverick in the energy dept.

Did your astology getting knocked do anything to the point you were making? Now ask yourself how much a post just knocking someone's conspiracy theory does to the point they are making.

I asked a direct question that you completely failed to answer or even address. If you think I am going to read a response to my question that has nothing resembling an answer and consider it carefully and respond you are mistaken. Anything short of the answer to my question really does not interest me when you reply to my asking a specific question.

I even asked if I would get an answer.
Nope.

Obviously when someone responds to a question and then ignores it completely I am guessing the person is obfuscating and deflecting.

Read my quotes in from the constitution, it clearly states the purpose of the government to protect the rights of the people, and workers and consumers are people.

Exactly what workers "rights" are you talking about? The right to demand higher pay from your employer? The right to demand more benefits? The right to a better retirement package? Or severance pay?

And exactly what consumers "rights"? The right to have the government monitor and regulate everything you buy so that you don't make any stupid decisions?

I do agree that we should be protected from criminal activity, but there are laws regarding that which will exist with or without bloated, inefficient, expensive government agencies.

In a truely free society where capitalism thrives and the quality of life is higher than anywhere else in the world, you need to be responsible for yourself. Don't like how your boss treats you? Too bad. If you're too stupid to get another job, then that's your own fault. Don't like a product? Fine, then don't buy it.

We all know that responsibility is a scary prospect, but please, grow up and learn to take care of yourself so that the rest of us don't have to be oppressed by your nanny government..

That's pretty weenie way to base a string of logic don't you think? You are basing a guess
based upon the quantity of words? If that isn't a George W calculation, I don't know what is.

W.
"These's..... Evil bad people, destroyers of liberty, get em, freedoms!"
'You
"Yeeeeeeeeee Haaaaaaw, ten words, Lets Rock'n Roll"

See the problem?

Ten years later, how many lives? How much money.
But ten words, must be good idea!

If you cannot even be bothered to think about more than ten words, how can you possibly
weigh the impact of your own proposals? That's the paradox

So you attack brevity, but run from the central premise like Michael Moore running from fat-free salad dressing.

Typical.

Well, espouse your utopia. It's your right. Though I find it humerous that few would find comfort in the ideal government that you all so adore.
