Government regulating industry interferes in both my ability to operate industry successfully and my ability as a consumer to purchase goods and services which are the lowest cost, highest quality, and most competitive.

Regulation raises costs, decreases quality, and restricts liberty. Thats logic, its not flawed, its common sense.

Not to mention that for every aspect of my life the government regulates they gain further control over me. Thats not liberty.

You are contradicting yourself whereas you want smaller Govt but allow Govt to regulate industry is seeking the opposite. Regulations over corporations do not restrict the liberty of the people as is and should be the only liberty that you are to defend, personal liberty exclusively limited to the people and no outside entity or corporation. Of course it's gonna raise costs which they pass right on to the consumer.

How is Govt being a broadsword over corporations restricting your individual liberty? You still haven't answered this q and continue to deflect because TV news hasn't instructed you on how to respond.

My allegiance is forever sworn to The American people over the Govt! So, it's ok for Wall Street and The Federal Reserve to threaten the US if we dared retake control of our money and if we dared to regulate them?

I answered the question. My response is logical and rational. I am guessing that you seem to be a very illogical and irrational type of person that you are having a hard time figuring out how to fit logic and reason into your world view.

SInce you are having a hard time doing it you are probably disturbed by the fact of what I am saying. I cannot help you get past this. Perhaps historical study, legal review, and conversations with people that don't just sit around and agree with each other will help you.

I never contradicted myself. I don't think government should be regulating business and I think government should be small. Those two go hand in hand. Again if you cannot see that it is not my responsibility to help you.

Yeah, sure sure.
People want freedom from Govt control, yet you want more Govt control of what people do, like work.

Last I checked, the federal reserve is all part of the central planning crap Obama loves soooo much.
Smaller Govt does not interfere with private matters.
The Govt you love interferes when you are scared of something.
Again and as always. Fear like you who fear crap, want more protection.
Last time I checked, the only way to accomplish this is to hand over more control.

Seems like you are ok with the Govt controlling you and your actions, or you just don't know what can hurt you and what can't or who to deal with LIFE as a whole.

I've been trying for pages and pages to explain to the OP that the Constitution was written to restrict the federal government's scope and preserve the rights of the people against government intrusion or interference (aka protect us from Government).

The U.S. Government, and our constitution, and core beliefs is what makes the U.S. successful. The U.S. Government has done an effective job of regulating our economy on a fairly consistent basis, the exception being when people foolishly choose to give giant corporations unlimited power.

That is the same successful formula for all first world nations.

Meanwhile the third world nations are ruled over by giant corporations and the super rich.

You have not posted one single source or fact to back up your assertions that the Constitution is somehow something other than a document designed to restrict government and protect the citizens from government.

We the people created a government that would protect us from government. Its that simple. You claimed I was wrong but offered no source, no proof, or anything at all other than your opinion to the contrary.

Like I said, you have no idea how to carry on a rational logical point by point debate with someone.

The only protections it offers the citizenery is the right to a jury trial, right to speech, rights from self incriminaiton, right of the writ of habeus corpeus!

Let's just end Govt so that it can get out of the way and leave everyone to do whatever the flip they want, return to the Wild West of the 1800's is what you are advocating.

Establishing justice to the Founders did not mean redistribution of wealth, but setting up a court system over which the colonials presided and not the British monarchy. General welfare also did not mean redistribution of the wealth.
The socialists keep trying to rewrite history and the Constitution to make it be what they want.
