After further research, it turns out it was a protestor wearing a mask of Putin, not the actual person. I misread the caption

That picture is clearly a mask, you can see right where it ends on his neck, and how his eyes aren't flush with the "skin"

I didn't try to hoax! It seriously does look like a mask and in the paper, the caption was that it was Vladimir Putin.

For your own sake I hope this was just a bad joke. If it isn't though, didn't you notice the mask ending on his neck? Haha, there is no way you didn't see that, if you were truly comparing this face with his. Must be tryin' to make a funny. In that case, hahahahaha. NO.
