I can access it, they probably don't have all of their active X turned on. My only problem with people trying to predict that great and terrible day (great for us his believers, terrible for his enemies) is that so many people have tried to predict it and fell on their faces.

It tends to make even a believer a little bit leery when it comes to trying to predict a day Jesus told us we would never know. He only gave us the season, not the day or hour. In that regard i suppose you could say that the end of the great tribulation will be in 2018 if as the PDF would have us believe that the great tribulation began this year.

Personally as i've shared with you before just from reading Zecharia's prophecies of the last generation being the generation that recreated Israel in 1947. As i have mentioned to you before Zecharia said it would be less than a generation when Adonai returns (Jesus, the master, that seems so fitting) and that in the old testament the typical generation lasted 70 years (80 if you were strong). Well its been 63 years since the last generation began, leaving 7 years left of that 70 year generation (the last week in the book of Daniel yet to be fulfilled?). The number 7 is the number of completion. So if the great tribulation began this year and it lasts 7 years, 2017 would indeed be the last year which means that 2018 would be the first year of the millenial reign. I find that interesting that Zecharias prophecy matches what your PDF says 100% and that it may be that all throughout the entire bible old and new that there may be a repeating pattern encoded within its pages foretelling of this date.

Think of it, Zecharia was right on the money with your PDF and psalms 110-118. I came to the same conclusion in a shorter way than the PDF by Zecharia's prophecy. I wonder if God implanted that prophecy in Zecharia as an easier way for those of us who would be looking for the signs to find them easier? Clearly even the jews might have missed the impact of those psalms in tandem with Zecharia's prophecy.

It's all quite amazing. I am getting into this Pillars of Enoch website. Checking it out for anything insightful. He comes to the same conclusion as me that Enoch built the pyramids. I think Enoch is Hermes. Hermes was three times great (Trismegistus). I think there is good evidence that Hermes is also Joseph and Moses. If we connect the dots, we see Enoch build the Monument to the Lord (Isaiah 19:19). Joseph interprets after the floods. Moses then saves the people. It is interesting to note that Joseph was there sheltering the people during the 7 years of famine. He was responsible for their enslavement. By a nation, one man was sold into slavery. By one man, the people were saved. See my thread on the topic. Note the similarities to this day and age.

Well i definately think current world events and this major WWIII brewing could possibly be the battle of Gog and Magog. Read Revelation concerning that battle and where the major players in that battle are. It looks like Israel is going to be in the thick of it once more, with Russia and China backing Iran. The world economy in the tank (and its going to get worse not better) is all leading up to the One World Government (Democracy, or as i call it Demoncracy), One world Religion, and One World Currency (mark of the beast).

Think about it, Demoncracy is spreading across the middle east like a Texas grassfire in a spring wind and it ain't going to stop there. Communism is going to fall, this is just the start of it. I'm starting to think the Beast is the U.S. and the Whore of Babylon is modern Israel. Why do i think Israel is the whore? Because in every age Israel has been the "consort" of every major power that conquered that region, from the Assyrian Empire, to the Babylonians, to the Romans and currently the American Empire.

Don't you think it's odd that middle eastern countries that have known nothing but dictatorships, kingships and monarchies for thousands of years, has all of a sudden switched over to demoncracy almost seemingly overnight? Ten years ago i had the belief that G.W. Bush was a fool for trying to institute demoncracy in the middle east because all those people had ever known was dictatorships and monarchies, i believed that it would be impossible for demoncracy to take root over there. Well, ten years later it has not only taken root over there it has practically conquered the entire region. The implications of such a manuever should shock many a biblical scholar. Why? Because the system of the Romans an Greeks has once again conquered the middle east and we have come full circle. This is another reason why i believe were in the great tribulation, we have come full circle.

This is a great PDF to consider about the Seven Year Tribulation of Revelation. Not sure about anything else on their website, but this commentary has valuable points. I am not convinced on all the drawn implications, but there are some good insights.

PDF

That’s a fairly large document; can you be a bit more specific and tell us what in your opinion is so important about it, or at least expand on your OP…

Sure. JR Church noticed that many of the Psalms correspond to dates. Psalm 14-18 is 1914-1918 and WWI. Read it for yourself. There is no mistaking it. Remember, this is a Jewish perspective, but also a perspective for victory over tyranny and oppression.

Psalm 21 is the rise of Hitler plotting against the Jews.

Psalm 26 - Germany admitted into the League of Nations.

4 I do not sit with the deceitful,
nor do I associate with hypocrites.
5 I abhor the assembly of evildoers
and refuse to sit with the wicked.
6 I wash my hands in innocence,
and go about your altar, LORD,
7 proclaiming aloud your praise
and telling of all your wonderful deeds.

1935 - German Jews stripped of rights by Nuremberg Race Laws. Too much to post. I would recommend reading. LINK

Follow the timeline and read it in Psalms. Finally, in Psalm 45, the war is over. A blessing comes.

If you can follow this, then read the PDF and look upon 2010-2018. It's worth reading. Better yet, go to Bible Gateway and listen. Much better this way.

Good find Ed.
I also had trouble bringing up the pdf initially. I needed to upgrade adobe. but I don't like the way it tracks and runs in the background so I installed Foxit reader and had no problem.

After reading the majority of this pdf I noticed something that didn't seem consistent, although I actually agree anyway.
First. the bible was not divided into chapters until around 1227 and that was done by the Archbishop of Canterbury. And ...." Wycliffe English Bible of 1382 was the first Bible to use this chapter pattern. Since the Wycliffe Bible, nearly all Bible translations have followed Langton's chapter divisions."
External link to this information, and also the Hebrew text divisions...

www.gotquestions.org...

so I initially hesitate to fully accept the divisions of the book of psalms by men for the purpose of ease of reading and study, as opposed to the original writings. Psalms was not written in Chapters by king David. Hence it may be a stretch to say that there even is a chapter that would be the longest or shortest. The bible originally had no chapters at all.
However, if one is to accept the Word as "inspired by God" then one must accept that it is men that were so inspired. Hence, even the way it is written today, including chapters remains inspired, since God is the same forever, and he literally "Is the Word"...Meaning the chapter divisions by Wycliffe were inspired.

As a result. I agree 100%. This clearly is a must read by all Christians.
The dating here so presented between the longest and shortest books of psalms is intriguing to say the least...
and if this dating is off by a bit does it really matter? What matters is that we are ready.
We can store up food, bury guns, hide money, and camp out in the woods.
One cannot hide from the truth.

I've wondered about that war. Is it possible that this happens after the 1000 years of peace have ended? Many people believe that the tribulation (Jacob's trouble) is for Israel only. It seems that we may only witness these events and not be placed under their yolk. If I were to guess, I would say we will overcome this tyranny in most parts of the world, only to see Israel defeat the remainder. God is shown to be true from this and 1000 years of peace will likely transpire. Can you see the American people standing for our leaders throwing anyone in a prison? Not a chance.

It's called peaceful non-compliance. Not by strength and not by might, but by God's spirit. The spirit is a consciousness of love.

A nation wins by non-participation in the evil. Americans will stand united against Tyranny and one in the bonds of love. God is stronger by the spirit of love. Hate will fall quickly in this atmosphere. We are wiser than our predecessors when it comes to spiritual intelligence.

Revelations 20

The Judgment of Satan

7 When the thousand years are over, Satan will be released from his prison 8 and will go out to deceive the nations in the four corners of the earth—Gog and Magog—and to gather them for battle. In number they are like the sand on the seashore. 9 They marched across the breadth of the earth and surrounded the camp of God’s people, the city he loves. But fire came down from heaven and devoured them. 10 And the devil, who deceived them, was thrown into the lake of burning sulfur, where the beast and the false prophet had been thrown. They will be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

Nicely said. I agree with you on this. Inspiration is happening every moment of a person's life if they are following God with the heart. Nothing goes to waste.

I beg to differ...
the most important pdf on the internet

This essay/pdf reveals how we are already living in the Brave New World. It explains in detail how people are brainwashed. It reveals many propaganda techniques that have been used on YOU. It was written by an insider.
I link to my thread that gives a detailed summary of it, not the actual pdf.
I'm not trying to derail this thread. sorry. but you're setting yourself up making lofty claims like that.
Please, no one respond to my argument why this isn't the most important pdf on the internet, by that I mean don't bring up the essay I link to, I don't want to make this thread off topic. However, Feel free to explain why you think this thread's pdf is the most important.

What's the difference between this pdf and all of the others that take random quotes from the bible, and play a numerology game?

I read most of the pdf. It's the same as every other pdf like it. I don't see anything new in this one, except a new end times date based on numerology, poor numerology at that.

Thanks for giving a bit more detail...

Ok, I can see the correlations throughout history from the years 1914-1918 and to 1945 etc. But I’m not entirely sure how J.R. Church, makes the leap, to the dates 2011-2018, through the psalms 111 to 118. I mean it could very well be, 2111 and 2118 instead. I guess I will have to read more, to get a better idea the of how he has reached that conclusion.

Although, on a side note, I’m wondering how times Jesus actually quote’s the Psalms, and whether this has any extra bearing on the prophecies and J.R Church’s theory. I know Jesus quotes Psalm 82 and 118, but not sure how many others he quotes, of the top of my head.

Interesting theory though and a lot of reading to get through before I can give an informed opinion on it.

Here is the reasoning for 7 years of tribulation, yet to come at the end of 6000 years (2000) past Jesus first coming.

Although the seven year tribulation is not specifically mentioned in scripture as a 7 year period of trouble, the seventieth week of Daniel is directly mentioned as a final week of seven years which will be a time of distress for the world. In AD 30, Jesus was speaking of the temple being torn down and how he would raise it back up in 3 days (3000) years. Revelation has a fulfillment in 70 AD. It also had a fulfillment during the Exodus from Egypt, when Joseph and Pharaoh setup world government in Egypt. It will also have a fulfillment during the 70th week of Daniel when Babylon is destroyed utterly. Seven years of plenty followed by seven years of famine is a cyclical theme that serves as a warning against tyrants.

Daniel 9:24-27

24“Seventy weeks have been decreed for your people and your holy city, to finish the transgression, to make an end of sin, to make atonement for iniquity, to bring in everlasting righteousness, to seal up vision and prophecy and to anoint the most holy place.

25“So you are to know and discern that from the issuing of a decree to restore and rebuild Jerusalem until Messiah the Prince there will be seven weeks and sixty-two weeks; it will be built again, with plaza and moat, even in times of distress.

26“Then after the sixty-two weeks the Messiah will be cut off and have nothing, and the people of the prince who is to come will destroy the city and the sanctuary And its end will come with a flood; even to the end there will be war; desolations are determined.

27“And he will make a firm covenant with the many for one week, but in the middle of the week he will put a stop to sacrifice and grain offering; and on the wing of abominations will come one who makes desolate, even until a complete destruction, one that is decreed, is poured out on the one who makes desolate.”

"The seven weeks (49) and the sixty-two weeks (434) had already passed. It started from the degree of Persian Emperor Artaxerxes (Neh 2) to rebuild Jerusalem and ended at Jesus’ entering Jerusalem on a donkey (Palm Sunday).

Does that mean there were exactly 483 years (49+434= 483) between the decree to rebuild Jerusalem and Jesus’ entering Jerusalem as “Messiah the prince”? Sure, but it is prophetic year that we are talking about, not solar year that we use in our secular calendar, aka the Gregorian calender.

A prophetic year is 360 days and a solar year is 365.2422. That would make 483 × 360 = 173,880 days (24 hours) = 476 solar years + 25 days. The decree of Artaxerxes made the perfect starting point of the 483 prophetic years because, according to secular history, that decree was made in 445 BC and Jesus was crucified in 32 AD.

There were exactly 476 solar years + 25 days, which equal to 173,880 days, which also equal to 483 prophetic years, between the decree to rebuild Jerusalem and Palm Sunday." LINK

Daniel 7:25-26

25 He will speak against the Most High and oppress his saints and try to change the set times and the laws. The saints will be handed over to him for a time, times and half a time.

26 ” ‘But the court will sit, and his power will be taken away and completely destroyed forever.

Daniel 9:27

27 He will confirm a covenant with many for one ‘seven.’ In the middle of the ‘seven’ he will put an end to sacrifice and offering. And on a wing of the temple he will set up an abomination that causes desolation, until the end that is decreed is poured out on him. “

Daniel 12:7

7 The man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, lifted his right hand and his left hand toward heaven, and I heard him swear by him who lives forever, saying, “It will be for a time, times and half a time. When the power of the holy people has been finally broken, all these things will be completed.”

The Lord Himself said just the last 3 1/2 years there shall be "great tribulation". The tribulation is only the last 3 1/2 years of Daniel's 70th week.

I see where that comes from. Do you think that this might be the shortening of the days mentioned in Matthew 24? The PDF alludes to this as well.

Well many people have the misconception that the rapture will happen before the great tribulation even begins, but this is really wrong. The rapture happens in the 5th seal after the temple is rebuilt and the A/C sits on the mercy seat, Philadelphia is the church that gets persecuted. I just wonder where Laodicia fits into all this as according to the JW's the Laodician Church is in our time period right now, that were living during the 7th seal right now and are the last church Laodicia.

The book of Revelation has been causing me to take a look at the baptist doctrine of once saved always saved, in the regard that in the letters written to the 7 Churches Jesus tells them that he has some thing against them even though they are believers, that they need to return to their first love (him) and do his works or he will "remove their candlestick" and disqualify them from the rapture. The only church that escapes his judgement is Philadelphia. So apparently it is as Jesus says that "Not all who say to me Lord Lord, will enter into the Kingdom". You must obey his will, keep his commands, do his works and be a servant to your fellow man or you will not make it to heaven or the new earth and new heaven to come.

Come on, stop teaching people this nonsense! Christ Himself identifies the "candlesticks" as being the churches in chapter 2 of Revelation. Then in chapter 4 when Christ is handed the scroll the churches (candlesticks) are in heaven worshiping the Lamb from the throne room. Philadelphia specifically is told by Christ that it will be completely SPARED from the Tribulation.
