Electromagnetic Radiation and Scalar EM it's a powerful toll in the hands of military and governments, that's why I ask myself many times if right now there is a process of accelerating aging of the population in different parts of the world.
Can be Scalar Weapons used at large scale for such a process?

TextRick Andersen in an article called "What is Scalar Electromagnetics?" describes the new science this way: "Scalar EM is the brainchild of Lt. Col. (retired) Thomas E. Bearden, a systems analyst and wargames specialist who has been advocating a view of electromagnetics which is based on the notion of a vast, unseen background of scalar energies (as opposed to vector energies) which underlie all physical reality. "If Bearden is correct in his Scalar EM theory, then we can build devices which would enable us to alter gravity, time, inertia, and the apparent mass of an object. This of course has ENORMOUS implications for military applications, space-vehicle drives, time-travel, teleportation, paranormal phenomena, and just about every other area one can think of." twm.co.nz... "Time-energy, time-currents, and time-structuring play the dominant role in electromagnetics. Time-as-energy eventually becomes engineerable, as easily as is spatial energy now. We are always dealing with spacetime and with spacetime curvature."

TextElectromagnetic Radiation – How it Affects Us Authorities claim that non ionizing radiation is not harmful because it cannot break chemical bonds. This is like saying that blows to the body are not harmful if they do not break the skin. We have well over a trillion cells in the human body. Each of these has a nucleus where our DNA (the genetic blueprint for our body) resides. DNA is known to be receptive to resonant frequencies in much the same way as a radio antenna. Cells have bioenergetic and electrical properties. The cell membranes in the mitochondria have varying electrical voltage potentials and capacitance to transport ions in and out of the cell through what is called the electron transport chain. This is how your cells produce the energy that keeps you alive. Strong electromagnetic fields can disrupt the delicate balance of the electron transport chain and interfere with energy production in your cells. Since DNA requires sufficient amounts of cellular energy to transmit information when our cells divide, electromagnetic radiation can cause encoding errors that may result in a cell becoming cancerous. This is a simplistic explanation, but I think you get the picture. There are two things you want to do to protect yourself, limit your exposure to electromagnetic fields and use effective nutrition to protect yourself from the inside as well.

How can we find if there is an accelerated process of aging!

Did you feel that you are aging faster then usual?

Kaznacheyev a scientist in USSR was first to discover this.

Personally, I don't feel like I'm aging faster. Sure, my body is starting to show signs of slowing down as I get older, but I don't think it's any different than the rate at which my parents aged.

In any event, I find the general topic of your thread very interesting. In trying to research the topic from a layperson's perspective, I found this article which explains that some people are, in fact, born with a predisposition to age quicker than others due to a variant in their DNA .

In a study this week in Nature Genetics, a British team discovered a link between a particular genetic variation and people being several years older in their biological age.

Says study leader Nilesh Samani: “What we studied are structures called telomeres which are parts of one’s chromosomes. Individuals are born with telomeres of certain length and in many cells telomeres shorten as the cells divide and age” [Press Association]. Some people, however, are born with shorter telomeres to begin with, which sets them up to age faster, biologically speaking, and could put them at greater risk for age-related diseases.

Samani’s team studied 500,000 genetic variations, and they keyed on one near a gene called TERC. In a study of nearly 3,000 people, around 38% inherited one copy of the gene variant and were biologically three to four years older than those who did not carry the sequence [The Guardian]. An smaller minority, about 7 percent, had two copies of the gene variant, and the researchers say those people were biologically six or seven years older than people without the variant.

Coauthor Tim Spector says, “What our study suggests is that some people are genetically programmed to age at a faster rate” [BBC News]. The reason, they surmise, could be that the sequence hinders TERC.[/ex

I then searched to find out whether or not we have the capability to alter DNA/genes in a human adult and found this information.

Genetic engineering, also called genetic modification, is the direct human manipulation of an organism's genome using modern DNA technology. It involves the introduction of foreign DNA or synthetic genes into the organism of interest.

Genetic engineering alters the genetic makeup of an organism using techniques that introduce heritable material prepared outside the organism either directly into the host or into a cell that is then fused or hybridized with the host.[1] This involves using recombinant nucleic acid (DNA or RNA) techniques to form new combinations of heritable genetic material followed by the incorporation of that material either indirectly through a vector system or directly through micro-injection, macro-injection and micro-encapsulation techniques.

So are some people genetically predisposed to age faster than others? Yes but on a seemingly limited basis. Is there a way to change the genetic/DNA structure of human adults? Yes it appears that there is. Is it possible to develop a weapon that could facilitate such a mutation of our genetic DNA and at a rate excelerated enough to cause substantial damage? The answer to the previous questions would suggest that perhaps this is possible but at what rate or whether this would be feasible (or affective compared to other possible weaponry), I have no idea.

The problem is that in some countries, the aging rate is higher then normal, the population looks more aged then real age,as in some other countries, the HIV it's more wide spread then other countries, just a comparison.

Interesting.
I have found with myself, the opposite is in effect.
Had you posted that Scalar EM could be SLOWING the aging process, Id have been a bit more suspicious..

While I do show some natural signs of slowing down due to age, and some obvious wear and tear, Im 43 and I can run rings around most twenty-somethings.
Im in extremely good shape, and Im not a health nut by any means, but I do a very light workout daily to keep my blood pumping.
I am "outdoorsy", and I am very very very active.
It's not "good genes".. my family is comprised of "southern fried" good ole folk, with corn fed waistlines.

The reversal process of aging it's not getting younger,it's getting older, either way you go you arrive in the same point in time.

Im not getting younger.
I just FEEL that the effects of aging arent affecting me as much physically.. or as fast as they once did, or should.
Did I explain that right?
sorry if Im not being very clear.
I don't feel ( or really look) my age at all.

Perhaps because in comparison with the great majority of people do abuses of its own body.
