Link/Source to S.1867 pdf

Greetings,

I just added my opinion and a link to the S.1867 bill in another thread, but I searched to see if it had it's own topic, or if anybody had posted a source. If this is the case, and my link is just a redundant source, my apologies.

However, if this is the correct bill, then I am amazed to find out this bill was 926 PAGES!

as stated before, I now see why so many people are in the dark. I imagine the average american really doesn't care about what's in it, or don't have the time.
