Bill Gates-backed company in discussions with China to develop new generation nuclear reactor

BEIJING, China - Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates confirmed Wednesday he is in discussions with China to jointly develop a new and safer kind of nuclear reactor.
"The idea is to be very low cost, very safe and generate very little waste," said the billionaire during a talk at China's Ministry of Science and Technology.

He probably has more interest in China because there is a lot less "red-tape" and things can get done...
Any new ideas in the "Western world" takes ages.


Example: Donald Trump last week said he was going to buy an Island off of New York that is only accessible buy boat and wanted to build a bridge, but the get approval for the bridge would take over a decade.

I don't know what exactly to think of Mr. Gates and his goings on in China.

As for Mr. Trump purchasing an island...if the (you know what) hits the fan.....he and his family will live on that island safely....(only my speculation of course).
