Is it snowing in Hell? I mean something good from the left coast. That is an extremely rare event. I hope more cities, counties and states follow suit.

This is definitely a step in the right direction. Business entities that are too large to connect actions, decisions, and consequences, should not exist.

Having worked in a few giant corporations, they are absolutely horribly inefficient. They survive because they are giant parasites, who control markets, and that is their business.
