If you had the chance to sleep without aging into the 25th century, just like Captain William ‘Buck’ Rogers, would you take it?

I have always been attracted to stories concerning suspended animation. Even Futurama.
To wake up in a bolder and brighter world. [Maybe… Idiocracy...]

I am afraid I would need certain guarantees before I would give it a go; health, safety and what kind f world do I wake up to?

If the technology was there, would you do it?

I prefer Duck Dodgers in the 24 th and one half century...
I would if I could then come back and started investing
in the stock market.

Clearly you've never seen Demolition Man

I wouldn't unless my family was allowed to hibernate with me. But preferably I'll hold out until I can step through a wormhole or we meet the Aschen without getting ourselves wiped out

I know what you mean but id want certain guarantees in place - knowing my luck i would literally wake up into the end of the world or such like.

Great idea though. Biddee biddee

That is WAY too long for me, for all you know humanity could have created something that'll lead to the Earth's destruction...

I would sleep for an entire year, maybe even 5 years, but past that, no way.

Of course I would love to have the chance to do that!

Another way to do the same thing is using time dilation (a spaceship circling around the Moon at ultra high speeds).

I would love to be alive and see the 25th century!
