I am not even sure where this needs to be placed as it could fit into several forum topics. It is getting more crazy by the minute and my head spins at the implications of yet another hammer being dropped on the American people.

There is now an open discussion period for a new bill that if allowed to pass and probably already has through backroom deals and shady takeover practices, takes us all into the lowest levels of an Orwellian hell on earth and one step closer to enslavement within our own borders.

Against the will of the people APHIS has published, under an amendment to the Privacy Act, the APHIS Animal Health Surveillance and Monitoring System (AHSM). To many of you it will look remarkably like the National Animal Identification System known as NAIS, then, Traceability, and now the Animal Health Surveillance and Monitoring System. Records kept under this system will include highlights such as: Keeping of records in the system for 150 year with monthly updates The keeping and distribution of non-compliant person(s) records Justification for their existence No Opt-OUT Person may obtain their own records in the ‘System’ by FOIA only Collaborators and “Users’ of the ‘System’ The AHSM is a Web-based system hosted at secure and geographically dispersed locations. A backup copy of the data is maintained at a ‘secure’ U.S. government facility. Effective Date: January 9, 2012 Comment Periods Ends: December 28, 2012

Is there still a slim chance that we will be able to defend our own food sources? It looks very unlikely if this bill is pushed through, but take a look at some of the other parts of this issue which use the tracking of animals as its header but that take it to towering heights against our freedom:

Some of you may know the primitive ancestor program known as NAIS-The National Animal Identification Program or Traceability. They were just working out the "bugs" for their new program under the just unveiled, VS Vision 2015. What does this mean to you?

All property is required to be registered with the government. This does cloud your Title putting the gov in the first place, kinda like an IRS lien

All animals and life must be electronically identified.

The alpha-numeric code has a country code and conveniently transfers your animal and plant as an asset of the US. In this financial climate you do not want your assets being US assets.

Surveillance 24/7 electronically of everything from animal movement to your chicken catching a cold Records kept 150 years No opt-out

All records shared with other collaborators including foreign countries

Keeps and distributes a list of non-compliant persons

Is a living document that changes with the international winds so you never know the rules or costs

Any 'official' has the right to come onto your land to inspect to UN standards

Any 'official' has the right to come onto your land to test anything to UN standards

Any 'official' has the right to come onto your land to vaccinate to UN standards

Any 'official' has the right to come onto your land to electronically identify all life to UN standards

Well if the discussion is still open it is only in the fake world of make believe. There is a plan in place which would never be changed to overrule the direction this is already headed.

FORT COLLINS, Colo., Dec. 1 // -- Synergetics Incorporated, a Fort Collins, Colorado based IT services company has been awarded a multi-year contract, by the US Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Services (APHIS), to develop and support the Animal Health and Surveillance Management (AHSM) disease management program.

The AHSM Program provides for animal health surveillance, monitoring for animal health and productivity for domestic animal diseases, for regulatory and non-regulatory management. These project areas have a rapidly growing base of application users that includes federal, state, and public users.

Synergetics has been tasked to support all work related to the life cycle development of AHSM including feasibility studies, requirements gathering, application design, application development, testing, stress testing, implementation, maintenance, help desk support and technical documentation support.

Its interesting how when you look into this that there is tons of info on the scheduled prioritization of getting people into place for some event or disaster in the future but no available info on what that may be.

Also they have placed so much energy and cost into this that the only updated info is not on any recent studies on animal health but getting this implemented and into place.

Why is the gov and homeland security stepping in to survail citizens and their personal property including pets and farm animals when it should be the big mega industrial agricultural interests that need watchdogging. you never hear about the little guy sending out millions of pounds of contaminated food to the public, it is always the big corporate structures doing that.

Also I would love to find out who the outside vested stockholders are in this new organization, I simply could not track it down.

One more point, while reading all I could it seems that even though this is all based on some scenario forthcoming by 2015, and it is strongly stated that it is being set up for the safety of all interests domestic and abroad and to ensure that everything complies with the UN regulatory mandates for shipping overseas, but what kind of continuity are they planning on?

This is not for the safety of citizens but a control measure to be certain. We may yet see the day such as in the days of Stalin when people were forced to work to produce food but starved themselves in the process.

What will stop them from claiming our land, water and mineral rights for the benefit of some other entity or region?
