He is correct, but this is racially aggrevated, which carries a prison sentence. In fact I've not known anyone to not get a prison sentence if found guilty! Booze or not, then again, was the charge for racially aggrevated assault or just assault? If it was just assault the (uselss) CPS officers involved should be fired! However, I'd still expect a judge to make an example out of these filthy yobs! However, as you state, had it been reversed, the outcome would've been a lot different and I think that is the biggest issue here!

That judge ought to have been guided by a legal precedent known as 'McNaughton's rules'....which determine insanity temporary or otherwise. A guy that spent the whole day getting plastered, including copious amounts of vodka, beer and some drugs, in quantities ordinarily considered to be fatal. He then went home where his wife was waiting for him and demanded food or some such thing....she was 'rude' so he went into the kitchen himself, came out with a butcher's knife, and stabbed his wife to death.

At his trial his lawyers submitted the argument that because their client had consumed so much alcohol and drugs he was 'temporarily insane' and could not be held responsible for his actions... under McNaughton's rules. The judge didn't agree.

Ever since that judgement being 'out your face' on drugs and alcohol has not been accepted as a defence for a crime committed while under the influence. This judges' decision could be appealed on that basis.

This just goes to show that the law is inadequate. Although what peeps are saying here is "a vengeful act" will right this. Can't say I condone that kind of behaviour but if I did I would let the young girls brother, boyfriend of other male family members to do it.

We have Somailan gangs here on my estate, all are Muslim and ALL both drink and smoke and use drugs, in fact they are the chief suppliers of drugs on this estate....FACT. This was NOT the first time these girls had either drank or used drugs I promise you, look at their very Western dress and make up, all frowned upon in Islam, these were party girls. Selling drugs etc is what a great many of their parents did in Somalia to make money, its almost a norm there, did we really expect them to check that habit in at customs?

It is however NOT an excuse, people fully understand what is bad ESPECIALLY these people, being properly bad in their countries gets you dead or mutilated, they are very aware of bad.

Until our law system is not being twisted and removed to allow Shariah law then this utter nonsense will happen again and again until many are killed because the law and government have not cracked down on the radical sects.

a)Alcohol should not be used as an excuse for violence.Cases of abuse,with alcohol involved ,are usually getting punishment.Usually alcohol makes the person do stuff,that in a sober state wouldn't do,but wants to.

The "normal" thing to do when drunk,is having fun,not try to kill people.
Which brings me to the second point:

b)Acting like that in a drunken state means criminal intent.It means they will do it again.Social workers should see that they will be taken away from the families,because usually behaviours like that start from the family,watched and attend a rehabilitation institution.
I believe that in this case the parents should be put on trial as well.

Disgusting, it makes our justice system look like a joke both to British citizens and the world in general. I'm not happy about this at all.

You have to understand that humanity is a pathocracy. Rule by Psychopaths. And psychopaths get off on causing other people pain. Since these psychopath's can't target non-whites anymore, they are targeting whites. Think of them as vampires.
