Are you serious?
ISS is in space, not in our atmosphere and it doesn't even look like it at all.

Sorry guys the video of it is really shaky and I have a hard time keeping it in frame. The still pic is the best way to see what it is.

In the future..
If you're playing the video on your computer,
and want to get a screenshot of it..
Just use the "PrtScr" [printscreen] key on your keyboard. (top right side of your keyboard somewhere)
Pause the video where you want, then hit "PrtScr", and you'll get a clear shot as an image file.

It is a photo of 3 airplanes, on a CRT Monitor or TV screen.

is it possible it's the ISS? I believe you can see that from the ground, although I'm not sure the altitude of whats in the picture.

That is exactly what it is except the latest version!

From google search variations of the words "hybrid quadrotor quad winged drone plane" etc., the Bell Boeing Quadrotor seem very very similar. Either way, I vote military/visual surveying/surveillance combo.
