Update:

It has been now classified as "Hoax".

But facilities still closed

What is wrong with the world today?

This type of assault and anything bad you can imagine, That's what is wrong with the world today.

We need to change the conciousness of all beings here toward humanitarian goals and become a loving species again.

Yes...One would think so, wouldn't one?
Hmm...

Maybe a threat isn't newsworthy now-a-days.

You must have a high speed chase or rubble?

Well...be nice to find who done it and rtound up a posse,
ah the good ol' days...

Sorry, saw the topic and just had to laugh, my first thought, 'some overly mischievous student didn't study for a big test, it is the end of the semester'.....Besides, who would want to blow up A&M?

Sounds like someone didn't study enough for their final exams. Seems like every semester I was enrolled at A&M, someone phoned in a bomb threat during finals week.

Bomb threats at schools have been around forever. Before the US went into panic mode after 9/11 they were handled simply and rarely made the news. Lots of kids getting out of a final they need more time to study for.
Not justifying it. Just pointing out that the news jumps on these things now, blowing them up, before there is any story to maintain the air of terror.
