Drone cgi or something else filmed above buildings in France

Came across this newly posted video not sure what it is . Maybe cgi or an rc helicopter anyway thought I would share it for discussion on a boring grey Sunday.

I'm not an expert on this subject, but it looks like CGI to me. I'm sure someone will come along to take a look at it. Thanks for sharing though. At first it looked like a helicopter until it zoomed in.

Anyway, yeah... I think it does look like an RC vehicle of some sort, moves much like an RC chopper.

I've seen something similar when i was walking back home from work.
It just sits there silently then proceeds to move somewhere else.
I still have my doubts about what it is exactly.

As for the vid, it has this CGI feel to it. I may be wrong though.

It's Algerian French so I may have difficulty understanding it but I will give it a shot.

Regrettably he doesn't say much. Here is the translation:

In English:

Background TV says : 12.18 PM in New York, now all the polling stations have opened in the country, even in Hawaii...

It's French with a noticeable southern accent. The guy simply yells 'come and see' at someone and repeats 'what's this, what's this ?".

National elections in the US lately ? It sounds like old TV news, news from the last US presidentials.
CGI probably. A big stuff like this one in the sky of a town would be noticed by hundreds.

i always wonder why these kind of videos are so short and end so abruptly. i bet it's cgi.

I think you are probably correct. Why did he stop filming it, was it sheer boredom

Exactly. I don't understand why somebody would go through the trouble of creating all the CGI for such a short hoax but it makes even less sense that somebody would see something like this in person and say "I've been filming it for almost 15 seconds... who the hell wants to see an awesome UFO for more than 15 seconds?! I better turn if off and post this half-video on YouTube!"

I have seen a lot of fake videos done with a software called Vue. The haiti ufo videos are the best hoaxes done in Vue. This one has to be CGI.

After watching again I have to agree that this is defiantly cgi there is no way he would have stopped filming if this had been real.

I don't think it is CGI . It looks like either an RC toy or a drone
