How does that implicate that the Iranian state originally carried it out? All it implies is that the majority feeling in Iran is anti-West, and rightly so considering what the West has done to them for the past 50+ years and is still planning to do.

When I rfirst ead this, the first thing I thought of was a false flag incident...
