Is this video evidence of "terra-forming"?

I'm not a big fan of posting youtube videos, however, I came across this one by accident while looking at moon videos.

It begins by talking about a conspiracy involving NASA's bombing of the moon. He claims that the explosion on the moon reveals a hollow moon. Towards the end of the video it shows what the videographer refers to as terra-forming going on near the north pole...

Not sure what to make of it. Perhaps the footage is of something else merely being played in reverse, but it is an interesting claim at the least.

Yeah, I let myself get sucked into that one. I'm not usually that gullible...it was either the late night, or all the rum....or both.
