S1867 and the OWS

from the link occupywallst.org... now at first it seems innocent but if you look at it as TPTB would you see something different, or as NEWT would or could, lets take a look at this line
We are using the revolutionary Arab Spring tactic to achieve our ends and encourage the use of nonviolence to maximize the safety of all participants Now so far OWS has not been like "Arab spring" that is the violent action, pepper spray is one thing, the use of deadly force is an other.
What has me bugged is the wording of S1867, for it could list them as" a threat to National Security" and when they do have their sit ins, this could be consider a "Belligerent act" now the other thing is the use of National Guard on home land defense as can be read here www.ngaus.org... see Title 32 duty.
If 1867 becomes law, that is signed by Mr Obama, the POTUS, it will be a sad day in American history.
Denie this if you will , you have been fair warned, you know How the Senate feels, and same with the House.
Will Mr Obama feel the same way?
Will he have a choice?
Did the House and Senate make/ draft this bill in such way that, Obama has no choice but to sign S 1867 in to law ? Some serious question's that will need some serious Answers, only time will telll
