I’ve seen many Americans take up the cause of Palestine and jump on the anti-Israeli bandwagon. Even OWS recently protested outside the Israeli embassy in support of Palestine. I understand the argument that some make about Jews occupying Israel and the feeling that the Palestinians were displaced.

However, the reality is much darker and more sinister. Iran and other extremist Muslim nations and groups do not want Jews out of Israel; these groups want Jews exterminated. The whole Palestinian cause was/is nothing more than a rouse to incite people and gain support for their ultimate goal of a Muslim world.

Amid international and Israeli controversy over whether or not to attack Iran's nuclear program, the rulers of the Islamic Republic have just "upgraded" their strategic objective of wiping Israel off the map and extended it for the first time to the more ambitious one of annihilating the Jews worldwide. They are using the age-old weapon of anti-Semitism to promote their new goal.

Two weeks ago, as their nuclear bomb moved menacingly up the pipeline, the ayatollahs in Tehran and Qom unleashed a virulent campaign of anti-Semitic propaganda in their sermons. A new book and a film were released for wide distribution on orders from Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. They draw heavily on the infamous Elders of Zion fiction to accuse the Jews and their rabbis of conspiring to corrupt and rule the world.

link

IMO Iran has very dangerous and deadly intentions, and groups like Hamas, Al Qaeda, Muslim Brotherhood, et al are all seeking the annihilation of Jews world-wide. After that, infidels (infidels meaning – ALL NON MUSLIMS) across the globe will be targeted.

For those of you who support the Palestinian cause, is what you had in mind??

Is what I've described here really happening or will you simply blame the Jews for drumming up these charges??

Is there a source for this besides Debka?

Pretty sure they have a vested interest in the story. Any non-Israeli or non pro-Israel sources for this?

So Israel helped their cause by stealing the Palestinians land? Just because somebody wrote a book doesn't mean that all Muslims want to kill all Jews. Just more Zionist propaganda to fan the flames of war.

Sticks and stones may hurt me,
But words will never kill me.

If I were you, I would just smile, stick my middle finger up at them, and DARE them to attack Israel if they have no concern for their own people should a war breaks out,

and at the same time, the Israeli leadership and its senile rabbitical clerics best clear up the mess over the palestine issue and get on with the peace talks. Change is inevitable.

Yes there are groups who hate Jews etc and want to kill them probably. I haven't met any members personally but there are a lot of crazy people out there.

But you haven't studied the nature of the beast enough have you ?

I have. The majority of this 'hatred' shown by extreme groups is not religious in nature. Its purely political. The Quran does warn Muslims against Jews, simply because Jews were generally known to break their promises. For example, they would get into a tribal pact and not keep it. Such were their ways back in the early days of Islam, and the situation warranted warning. But the Quran does not order Muslims to hunt or hate Jews. There is no hatred in the Quran. There are simply warnings. In fact, Muslims who take Sharia education are told of the ways the Prophet Muhammad was infinitely generous to a certain Jewish neighbor of his. Even when the lady was known to dump rubbish and feces at his door as a sign of her utter hatred, it is told that when she fell ill, he was the first to visit her and wish her well.

Now, let me go a little further and enlighten you a bit. Instead of reading conspiracy theory articles online, try to read up on the history of the area when you have time. The extreme fundamentalist groups like Al-Qaeda want one thing only: the fall of the 'American/Jew Empire'. They firmly believe that this Empire has been manipulating and using their people and their resources. They also believe that this Empire is the very essence of Dajjal (the equivalent of Anti-Christ in Islam). And they will go to extreme lengths to fight them.

As a Muslim woman, I will never, ever support the lengths at which they go to make a point. They have probably caused more harm to the Muslims living abroad then any American/Jew conspirator.

But I also expect people to educate themselves and not mix apples and pears the way you mixed Iran with Palestine.

These two are different issues.

I hate Palestine, Iran, and Israel. Rather than supporting either side I'd rather America just not involve itself with the middle east in general.

Iran has been coming out of the closet a bit, so to speak. Their efforts to build nuclear weapons and their intentions on Israel have been less masked, less obscured of recent. There's little doubt anymore in most any circles that they intend to acquire those weapons. Only those thoroughly indoctrinated in anti-Israel politics still deny this. As time goes on, their genocidal aspirations will become clear as well.

The anti-Israeli propaganda campaign has been very successful so far. It will take some more time before the obvious becomes more than obvious enough to convince all but the antisemites... who won't do anything but applaud regardless.

So what you're saying is... Is that its not the Zionists of Israel's fault for them killing hundreds of Palestinians? Its the Palestinians fault and they're doing it so they can gain support for a Muslim world? That sir is a disgusting view. Im also obviously an anti-Semite for saying this right?

"Blame the Jews for drumming up these charges?".....well no, not exactly....But blame a notoriously biased news source that rarely sites it's sources....Yeah, I would blame them. This is a scare piece written from an incredibly biased view, trying to make it seem as if Muslims are going to turn all Nazi on the Jews.....It's silly, and does nothing to address the very real issues on both side of the argument of the Israeli/Palestine issue.

Noah Shachtman wrote in 2001 that "Debkafile clearly reports with a point of view; the site is unabashedly in the hawkish camp of Israeli politics" and "it often airs unfounded, inaccurate rumors while breaking legitimate news" www.wired.com...

So, yeah....I'll blame them for trumping up the charges in this biased scare piece...But I won't blame "the Jews", any more than I'd blame "the Americans" for some trumped up charge I'd read in some U.S. Right Wing propaganda site.

No, I don’t have any other source for this other than DEBKA, and they are obviously pro Israel. That doesn’t mean it’s not true but it raises speculation. It could very well be propaganda to garner more support from the West.

I guess we'll see....this just came out a few hours ago.

All I've ever read from any official Iranian source is that the Iranian leadership wants "The Zionist Regime" destroyed. As far as I know, "The Zionist Regime in Israel" isn't the same as "all jews everywhere"..

I starred this post because it was very reasonable response to the question of Debka's bias.
Thanks!

Happy to be of service.

I just want people to know that things like education, knowledge, wisdom and so forth do not belong to any one particular group of people. And thank God for that. They are inherent in all of us. And the stupidity of Muslims living in the Middle East has been noticed by those who are far more educated. By stupidity I mean the way they live their lives like sheep, and not fight against corruption, against the betrayal of human rights etc. They've been too quiet for too long, and we all have paid the price of this at some point. I just want people on the other side of the fence to know that there are people out there like me, who are fully aware of the human rights violations that take place in our own lands, and how our disinterest in setting our leaders straight, have lead to so much corruption and internal bleeding that is coming out as Al-Qaeda and others today.

Nice try but your response was condescending and inaccurate. Your post was nothing more than pro-Muslim disinformation. Here’s some history for you from a VERY old book. There is no hatred in the Quran?? Let’s see:

Qur’an 21:44 Do they see Us advancing, gradually reducing the land (in their control), curtailing its borders on all sides? It is they who will be overcome.

Qur’an 4.89 They desire that you should disbelieve as they have disbelieved, so that you might be (all) alike; therefore take not from among them friends until they fly (their homes) in Allah’s way; but if they turn back, then seize them and kill them wherever you find them, and take not from among them a friend or a helper.

Qur’an 5:51 “Muslims, do not make friends with any but your own people.”

Qur’an 5:72 “They are surely infidels who say; ‘God is the Christ, the Messiah, the son of Mary.”

Qur’an 8:12 cp. 8:60 “Instill terror into the hearts of the unbelievers”; “smite above their necks and smite all their finger-tips off them”

Qur’an 2:191 “...kill the disbelievers wherever we find them”Qur’an 9:123 “murder them and treat them harshly”

Qur’an 3:56 “As for those disbelieving infidels, I will punish them with a terrible agony in this world and the next. They have no one to help or save them.”

No hatred, huh? Look again!

My post is not a rant. I gave my opinion and provided a source. As with any source, the validity of the claim is debatable. Inflammatory? I don’t hear anyone claiming that when people go off on Anti-American rants in virtually every post on ATS.

Give me a break with your selective moral outrage. If you can’t apply the standards fairly then don’t apply standards.
