Couldn't think of a proper title, but yes, Greys could theoretically exist, but the conditions for their planet would have to be very similar to Earth.

Aliens would probably look like nothing humans have ever seen because of the huge size of the universe, and thus the probability of diversity of planets.

Or maybe life wouldn't be able to evolve on anything except planets like Earth.

I'm probably walking on old ground, though.

There are many thousands of Earth-like planets and planetoids out there so the chance of a bipedal species existing on one of them in a so-called "Goldilocks Zone" is pretty high.

Also, a grey may not have the right conditions for skin pigment hence their main colour, evolved in a way that speaking and eating through a mouth may not be necessary and their big black eyes suggest conditions of low light.

Whether you think about it for a second or a year, there is a huge chance that they do indeed exist as people have reported. We just don't know where they'd come from.
