Good times?or waste of money when we thought that those were good times!

How many people eat this 1000$ pizza and now regret it!

TextA New York restaurateur has cooked up the most world's most extravagant pizza -- a $1,000 pizza topped with six sorts of caviar and fresh lobster. Nino Selimaj, who runs six pizza restaurants in New York, on Wednesday unveiled his Luxury Pizza, a 12 inch (30 cms), thin crust topped with caviar, lobster, creme fraiche and chives. Cut into eight, it works out at $125 a slice.

Rediculously stupid waste of money...

How do you spend 125$ on a slice of pizza when people are likely starving just down the street?

To the guy above me....

If you look at the pictures in the below link you will find it is a Pizza and it looks nice.
Wouldn't eat it myself as I am a veggie and even if I wouldn't be I would find it overpriced..

Interestingly enough Bo Dietl bought one according to the article.

125, would feed my family of three happily for two weeks.....and happily, that would provide everything we need to make GOOD food.....There is no reason to blow money just to blow it, if you don't appreciate it.....then they ought to help someone else. Lobster tastes like lobster, good but isn't all that, caviar....actually, I have never thought caviar was all that, but that is just me.

That is the main issue with our society, we would rather blow money on five minutes of meaningless thrill, then look around and try to make the world a better place.....

It will change, it has to, this can't go on for much longer.

Edit-Nice, this was the overall experience? " tasted something like a bagel with lox and cream cheese."

between us, that was what I was thinking, the lobster was too thin and the caviar was too much.....would overwhelm the other flavors....regardless of how good the caviar is.

No offense to caviar or lobster....but raise your hand if you would rather spend 5 or 10 bucks on an outstanding bacon cheeseburger with fries or philly cheese steak?
