[Inter]national Purge --- A Renewed Constitution

With all that's been happening, this tyrannical implementation accumulating over the past decades; and seeming to gain momentum at an ever-increasing pace; we seem to be coming to a climax again in humanity's struggle to be free. Technology is both our enemy and our friend. Enabling the psychopaths to cumulatively impose their deplorable ambitions upon the masses; yet giving us the knowledge of information at our fingertips & the capability to end this power-grab when the global consciousness concedes.

The question is, what can we the people do to begin making real change. Not the change that Obama promised. Not the change that a singular, corruptible person can boast. But the change that retains logical clarity in every sovereign persons' heart & mind. Change that embraces universal moralities, individual liberties, & sound policies immune to the takeover by consumed tyrants.

For a start, we should embrace the Constitution in its entirety, as a marker point from here-forth. That means no more loopholes endorsed by politicians subverting our unalienable rights. Of course the most recent example being the National Defense Authorization Act; an abomination to the principles of what America was supposed to stand for. An ethical and intellectual absurdity that will set yet another precedent for the impending totalitarian state. This would affect legislative power including: The Patriot Act, drug prohibition, income tax, compulsory entitlement programs, undeclared wars, counterfeit currency, & much more.

The [New] Constitution, will simply be an open letter to the people of Earth containing a list of founding amendments.

I will start off with a small list, and it can be expanded/contracted upon as seen fit by the rest of you.

[Refer to Wolf-Pac] This marks the end of corporate personhood; profit incentive will not be the motivating factor in political process.

End of corporate welfare statehood & crony capitalism. Bailouts will be abolished, ending the [money]drunk stupor of corporate entities.

End of the [private] prison industrial complex. [see more]

No law shall be set forth which infringes upon the sovereignty of each [peaceful] human person. This right to self-ownership cannot be overridden by any legislative process, nor democratic process where the majority wishes to impose itself upon a minority.

All persons in a position of power or influence which affects the whole of the human species must be screened for psychopathy. This amendment proceeds due to the overwhelming evidence throughout history, that psychopathic individuals have a natural tendency to rise to positions of power; and wreck havoc on a global scale. This Constitution itself remains a article of evidence here-forth.

I thought of something similar that all representatives must take either a polygraph or voice stress test while taking an oath to uphold the constitution.
I feel Representative since they are holding an office should be held to the highest scrutiny and integrity.
Also the same should apply to all judges and the judicial system.
Citizens would not have to testify under a polygraph or voice stress system but anybody wishing to hold public office would.

Yes and no. It's true that we must correct ourselves, and many of us are. However it also holds true that a handful of people hold power that influences the masses. These few have stripped us of our freedoms in the past and continue to scramble for that power-grab to this day. They initiate war, suffering, and the debilitation of society on a grand scale. This needs to be stopped. So we need to set some reform into motion that negates their capacity for enacting egregious crimes against humanity.

When the people have the best chance to flourish, is when they can begin to change internally; and vice versa. But the oligarchs are pipes in the cogs. This needs to be corrected.
