I wonder if anyone else has noticed. here in our small isolated coastal town they suddenly and overnight installed under road monitors as you enter and leave town. I can't think of any use for them but to know when anyone leaves at some point.

Honestly people that kinda power is the illusion because ultimately the people when united have more power then any gun or nuclear war head. They are/have nothing without US. THINK ABOUT IT! IMHO of course.

With that said......unless or until people recognize that fact we are powerless to stop them.

For those of you who do not know your history, F.E.M.A. (Federal Emergency Management Agency) is the successor to the old Cold War Civil Defense Agency. Most of the powers FEMA has are powers Civil Defense had. It was the responsibly of the Civil Defense Agency to Rebuild America after a Nuclear War. After such a disaster the government would want to help the most amount of people it possibly could. So most of these Executive Orders are there to further that goal. The may seem sinister depending on your prospective, and given our government current attitude I can understand some peoples fears, but these Powers were put in place with good intentions.

But as the wise man once said. "The road to hell is paved with good intentions."

They most certainly control all the factors the op mentions , all the time , and much more , in 10 times more thorough detail . All hope in politics is false hope > just as the native americans had to learn .
