Kid with inverted knees (VERY AGILE)

This kid is incredible and very unique
it doesnt look like a bone malformation



but a mutation .. hope it didnt come from radiations
her mother suffered when she was pregnant because
of a depleted uranium shell near her house

Maybe it is a mutation caused by evolution
will all humans walk like that in the futur ?? we never know

The boy know he his unique and have special skills that no other kid around him have
he his not ashame of his difference .. and because of that he will have a extraordinary life
and have many friends

It might be a mutation, but then again... it can also be illegal manipulation of the DNA.

S&F for you. This kid is amazing but i think hes going to have some major issues with disability when he gets older.

I couldn't help but chuckle when he started rolling around on the floor at around 30sec into the video haha

Good on him for not being ashamed of it, he seems to be able to get around rather quick!

Artificial limbs you will say ? it just cannot be ..

I don't think we are heading to the direction in terms of evolution. He actually cannot stand for a long time because of his deformed legs and instead is more comfortable on four "legs". We came from that position (four legs) before standing on two legs.

It would be interiesting no know what language/country he is from. There has been reports of genetic mutation in Iraq and Afganistan due to depleted munitions and and other radioactive weaponized material.

He must know the answer to one of my ultimate questions...
What would chairs look like if our knees bent the other way?

Im thinking the featus did not develop fully, if you look at a featus it basically starts of as a reptilian and then follows our evolution in until it reaches its "Human Form "

I beg to differ. Lets use a dog for example.

The 'backwards' part of the rear legs you speak of is actually the 'heel' and the dog walks on his toes. The 'thigh' or femur is very short relative to human limbs, which makes the knee rest by the abdomen. The fibula or 'shin' below that, and the patella or 'knee-cap' faces forward. Notice how the tarsus or 'heel' is lifted off the ground.

Compare the anatomy to that of a human:


Try to imagine having the dog jump up on you, and standing on the rear two legs. Their rear limbs are built exactly like ours, just in different proportions. With the dog jumping up on your chest, he would be standing on his tippie toes.

Edit: I mistakenly said that birds had reverse limbs, but even birds legs are built the same as ours. The 'backwards' bend in a birds leg is actually the heel as well, it seems the thigh is hidden in all those feathers!


I hope all of this made sense, sometimes it can be hard to translate an image in the mind into words on the page.

Could this possibly some sort of genetic experimenting? Possibly the early stages of developing Fully Bipedal backward bending legs.


Most probably, this is the cause of radiation exposure though. It would be interesting to see what his x-rays and genetic makeup would look like.


Many Insects have backward bending legs, I believe Raptors did as well but I'm not 100% sure.

I watched the video semi-closely and I don't believe he ever bends his knees... kinda strange.

its not uncommon for kids to step on landmines and use home made prosthetic sad thought but the kid is having fun and smiling...
