3rd Marshall Plan? War on Terror = WW3 = 2nd Marshall Plan Nation Building.

I will start off with a video of Dylan Ratigan where he says there was talk of a need for a third Marshall Plan.

For those that don't know what the Marshall Plan is. "The Marshall Plan (officially the European Recovery Program, ERP) was the large-scale American program to aid Europe where the United States gave monetary support to help rebuild European economies after the end of World War II in order to combat the spread of Soviet communism."

So you had WW2 and then the Marshall Plan went into effect to rebuild countries ater the war and to build defences against the enemy (at that time communism).

So then I seen Dylan Ratigan talking about the need for a Third Marshall Plan. My first thought was when was the Second Marshall Plan? So I tried looking up the Second Marshall Plan. And the only thing I can find about a Second Marshall Plan is a program called The Global Marshall Plan. Seems this program being ran by the World Bank and the UN is called the Second Marshall Plan.

This plan was first put forward as a Millennium Development Goals. "The Declaration asserts that every individual has the right to dignity, freedom, equality, a basic standard of living that includes freedom from hunger and violence, and encourages tolerance and solidarity." That seems like a good cause. But then it was transformed when WW3 started War on Terror. Now they take out dictators who steal the wealth of countries or attack its own citzens when they protest. Once the dictators are removed the nation building begins. So is this a War on Terror? Or is it a war on anyone who stands in the way of the NWO UN Millennium Development Goals?

These goals sound nice and fluffy, but somehow always turn into blood and tyranny when applied in reality. The freedom gets lost in the mix in that sentence. And they don't explain how one can have dignity while being dependent on another entity (since this sentence implies communism)

How about NO Marshall Plan. How about we shrink our government, use our own resources where possible, maintain commerce without entangling alliances, keep free markets in line, and promote self reliance while keeping a tiny shred of a safety net to help people in need on a VERY temporary basis?

Looking into this Second Marshall Plan (Global Marshall Plan) I came to some interesting details which seem to explain a lot about why Obama still seem to be doing the same things Bush did to cause the world to crash. It seems that this Global Marshall Plan was based on Al Gore. A small group think tank (Club of Rome) seems to have gotten together and laid out a plan for the world. But this is a international group with members from around the globe. This group was making the plans for the use of The World Bank, The International Monetary Fund, United Nations to form a nation building campaign using money from developed nations to build 3rd world countries into thriving economies. It seems when the group met in Germany 2003 that you began to hear about nation building in Iraq which then grew into nation building Afghanistan and then onto the rest of the world.

Seems Bush excepted the idea of nation building using this Global Marshall Plan but he found a way to benefit the rich by enacting the tax cuts so the rich did not have to pay for it while giving large corporations he liked no bid contracts to do the work. So you got large global corporations being paid to nation build and not having to pay large amounts of taxes to support it. Which led to draining the economy and the wallets of middle class. Take the guy who is the President of the World Bank. Robert Zoellick he worked in the Bush White House he also worked for Goldman Sachs he also was Vice President of Fannie Mae. Seems this guys been invovled in everything that led to the world economic crash. This guy is also involved in funding Voices Against Corruption. Which is a program for to train independant media and bloggers in countries all around the world. Those same people are the ones who have been starting protest around the world. Starting with the Spring Uprisings and even leading into the OWS protest. The outcomes of those have been changed from the way they were supposed to go by Hillary Clinton being in charge of USAID and most of the money. After all the guy from the IMF the other banking system for this was Dominque Strauss-Kahn. He must not of wanted to change coarse because of Obama and Hillary Clinton. Look what that got him. Rape charges in New York and removed from power.

But it seems the program is not being shut down. Just being changed to the opposite side of the coin and new directions. Seems corruption is on both sides and you can't win for losing. Damned if you do damned if you don't. But with the whole world starting to come apart what can be done? A new 3rd Marshall Plan? God help us all. That would probly mean another war.
