Cover ups we can believe in. Border patrol agent was murdered by weapons given to cartels by the ATF/US government, which was approved by Obama and Holder. And they are sealing away the evidence. Surprise surprise.

Court records of border patrol agent murder sealed

The Obama Administration has suddenly and without warning sealed court records containing alarming details of how Mexican drug smugglers murdered a U.S. Border patrol agent with a gun connected to a federal government snafu that allowed firearms to be smuggled into Mexico, according to a top non-partisan organization that investigates government corruption and fraud.

This important information will now be kept from the public as well as the media by politicians who used a law enforcement agency for their political agenda, according to the blogger for Judicial Watch.

"Border Patrol agents are routinely fired for any sort of lie or failure to disclose everything they know under oath. Apparently, the same rules do not apply to the "top cop" in the country. Any agent would be fired for what [Eric] Holder did. Why is it that rank-and-file agents are held to such high standards while those in charge are held to such low standards? Shouldn't those in charge be setting the example?" -National Border Patrol Council

"Could this be a cover-up on the part of the “most transparent” administration in history? After all, the rifle used to kill the federal agent (Brian Terry) last December in Arizona’s Peck Canyon was part of the now infamous Operation Fast and Furious. Conducted by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), the disastrous scheme allowed guns to be smuggled into Mexico so they could eventually be traced to drug cartels," the Judicial Watch blog stated.

This whole thing was sealed away because it could destroy Holder and Obama careers... a pretty small price to pay considering AT LEAST one man lost his life because of this operation.

So they hide the truth right in front of our eyes and we can't do anything about it?

This should be headline news. To write my congressman about this just sounds weak.

Any suggestions? These law breakers are really starting to get annoying.

Let's see some feedback from real border patrol agents. I bet they're not too happy with this either.

Full investigation and full disclosure.
A tall tree and a short rope for those found guilty.
All the way up the trail.
Treason is treason, we are at war you know.
Even on this "homefront battlefield".

When will this story take the lead? This story is huge but nothing seems to be happening!

After reading this and a few other pieces of information, I didn't know it was so easy to seal records. Obama's presidential records sealed, his senate records sealed and now this. How is this possible and what prevents him or any other president from "sealing" up all their no-no's? Nothing???? How is it then, that any wrong doing is discovered in full depth? Why didn't Clinton seal up.....I don't know, EVERYTHING he did wrong? Why didn't Bush seal up 911 records. And why doesn't Obama seal the Solyndra fiasco? Seriously, I am confused.

Grid.... Don't confuse 9/11 with mistakes done in the private sector that overlap into government public sector.
Don't confuse the rules.
9/11 is by defintion "National Security."
Getting caught with you pants down is not private or public national security. It's fail.

The game in DC is don't get caught for sexual behavior or we have to exploit it. Either side. You got caught.
Bad for business, and you knew the rules.

OH..Except if your guys up the food chain like Barney Frank and you throw out some deals to Republicans through Fannie and Freddie that forgive your boyfriend from running a male prostitution ring through one of your Hud repo's. Barney claims he knew nothing about it, and forgetaboutit.

And we did.

Then Retire.

I find it sickening..
Governments are "hiding" more and more of what THEY do while at the same time they are spying on us citizens more and more..

Now we can do nothing without the Government knowing about it and yet "WE" have NFI what our elected Government is doing..

There's something VERY wrong with that concept.
