God is both good and evil from the bible. That's an important contradiction. It can't just "Be true", one would have to be true and one wouldn't.
That's not even going into various interpretations.
Would I worship a good god if it did exist, yes I would.
Would I an evil god, no. Though I'd be conscious of it's existence.
If the bible were true, satan would be evil any way, so no I wouldn't follow him.
I'd probably convert, worship, atone, and go to heaven. And then spend eternity pleading with Yahweh that it's wrong for him to be constantly
torturing all those who didn't know him.

I also don't denounce an infinitely small chance the book may be right. I also don't denouce the impossiblity of anything else though, Flying
Spaghetti monster, Islam, Invisible Pink unicorn, we're all part of a complex comic book, ect. Essentially, even if I can't prove it's impossible,
I'm not gonna be concerned if I'm not given any reason to believe it's true.
This whole hypothetical thing can be played out with all religions too, not just Christianity. Even for ones no one currently, or maybe ever has,
followed.
