Good for everything!!

Im going to start hunting soon and i really like to fish, What i'm wondering is what the benefits are of different style knives. I have a couple fixed blades and many folders and different blade types. I use my folding Kershaw tanto Zing with partial serrations a few times a day and i carry it with me always except for school. I could do everything with this knife and i was looking for another fixed blade that i could do everything with also, Any ideas???

Take a look at the Tom Brown Tracker T2 Mini and the Blackbird SK5

get a good fixed blade full tang knife without serrated edges.

k-bars are good or check into one from Randall not cheap but a Randall will last a lifetime.

My custom made Randall has served me well for over 40 years now.

Tough to say actually.
Whether you bag small game or large, there are many blades for many uses.
Hacksaw and a KaBar works for me usually.
Non serrated.

I use a fallkniven F1. Swedish pilot knife. The blade doesn't even chip when you chop wood with it for hours.

It's a perfect knife and for only 200 dollars.
