I'd fight him, not because he's the antichrist, but because I don't like dictators. Here's my response to a decree requiring me to take some bull# mark.

How do I know someone is the anti-christ? Christians certainly don't know because they've been accusing various people of being the anti-christ for decades. It's Napoleon, no its Hitler, no it's Obama, no it's, etc etc etc. How many threads on ATS ALONE accuse someone of being the anti-christ. So clearly Christians have no ability to discern who is or isn't the anti-christ, how do you expect atheists to tell?

And to answer your question, yes, even if non-Christians turn down the anti-Christ they still go to the Lake of Fire. Revelation 21:8 contains the list of those who end up burning forever, this list includes cowards, NON-BELIEVERS (so atheists and doubters), the vile (whoever they are), sexually immoral (porn stars), and those who practice magic (thank goodness David Blaine will not escape God's wrath

).

You actually have a decent question though since many atheists I know, myself included, would turn down any such mandatory mark and certainly wouldn't be bowing down to any image of any beast as the Bible depicts. Also important to remember that Christians have no idea what the Mark of the Beast is either, first it was a UPC labels on groceries and products, now its the RFID chip, it changes and evolves because the Bible is so vague.

Many will. Those who survive the tribulation will be the humans over whom Christians will rule during the millennium of Christs reign on earth. They will also be the source of the rebels who flock to Satan's cause when he is again released from bondage.

Laugh and then remove him from power like any other despot. Two to the cabbage ends that problem. Can't get close, my 300 gr accubond 375 H&H loading is a frozen rope out to like 700 yds, after that a little hold over is needed. Press, a few seconds and THUMP, there goes the despot.

according to the bible yes you will go to hell.the fact that you acknowledge that he is the antichrist by rejecting the mark,and sill reject the true MESSIAH(JESUS) gives you no justification before GOD. although........................................................ i dont think( more of a hope) any one will be able to reject the mark of the beast without acknowledging CHRIST FIRST. you simply dont have the strength. i mean people are ashamed to tell others they believe in him now imagine when there is a guillotine in-front of you.-this is serious buisnes
come on loosing your life for rejecting satan and still going to hell...
the bible says any one that rejects the mark will be killed, and while they are on the loose trying to survive they would not be able to buy or sell anything..
i personally have a feeling that people will be so desperate when this comes to pass that there will be a grat demand for the 666

The mark of the beast comes when Satan comes to present himself physically to the world by impersonating/counterfeiting the return of Jesus in his second coming (this happens before Jesus really is to come and the Bible warns of this event and the deception that will take place to most of the people of the world.

Satan comes and calls himself 'Christ' and says he has changed the 4th commandment to keep Holy the Sabbath day of Saturday to Sunday (the day of the Sun God). Satan says that we are all to keep the Sunday sacred in homage to him and laws are passed around the world making the citizens of the world compelled to do this (USA leads the world in passing this law which will specify persecution for those who keep the sabbath day Saturday).

Only those that trust in God and know Him very well will not accept the mark of the beast. Those who continue to keep their allegiance to the true God by keeping all His commands will be thrown in jail, tortured, called terrorists, beheaded in the FEMA camps, unable to buy and sell so unable to get food or clothing, have their houses and all assets taken from them. Do you really think that an atheist is going to not accept the mark of the beast!!! The remnant people of God are going to have a hard enough time calling the rest of Christians out of the false teachings of Babylon in following the Catholic (sea Beast) Sunday.

There's actually a Catholic prophesy (sorry don't remember who it was) that says that during the end times many pagans will be on the side of God and many Christians will fight for the anti-Christ.

I always took it to mean that at least on some level there is recognition that other religions CAN be godly and that Christians CAN be mislead.

I'd imagine that to be true. "Ante" in the Greek means "in place of", NOT "against". So the antichrist will be a pseudo-Christ. I'd imagine those not grounded in the Word of God would believe in the false one. Heck, 70% of the denominational churches do not expect Him to return at all.

I imagine if the Anti-Christ shows up and makes a great argument for why we need that mark of the beast to protect against terrorism, there will be a lot of Right-wing Christians calling those atheists a bunch of Anti-American liberals for not accepting the Anti-Christ's mark. And the atheists will point at the mark and say, "But you're Christians! You're supposed to be able to see this coming!" And the Christians will agree with FOX News that these crazy conspiracy theorists are hurting America and the Mark is no big deal.

The reason the whole world is willing to take the mark is because they can't buy nor sell without it. Think of it as money. So unless the person is completely off the grind and can live without other humans making their food, electricity, water etc,...than they will take the mark. Or they and their family will starve.

But to really get to the meat of your question.....when Satan through the antichrist is ruling the world during the tribulation....there will be no "Atheist and Non-Christians". People will see the work of God with their very eyes. They will even see God Himself. With this fact, there can be no Atheist and Non-Christians. It would be like denying water, or trees, or people exist. SIGHT will prove God is real. So your question is flawed. Atheist and Non-Christians WILL take the mark. People that turn to God after the church is taking out of here will reject the mark and will die. They go to heaven....saved by works.
