China's nuclear arsenal could be up to FORTY times bigger than thought

Actually yes it really does matter because those of us old enough to remember the Cold War know how close it came to a crazy hot war and what saved the world from Mutually Assured Destruction, was that enemies eventually talked and built trust little by little and achieved that trust by open and honest disclosure.

What China has done is the opposite, secretly prepared an ever increasing arsenal and ways to conceal that arsenal so that nobody can ever know if they are telling the truth or not. Such hostile deviousness and such massive preparation for a hot war is a very dangerous sign and also a sign of national paranoid psychosis in China's Government.

At least with russia there was a mutual starting point that both Russia and USA were S*it scared of the real thing. China has a really delusional approach that nuclear war is a winnable option and apparently cares little or nothing for world opinion or even getting along with the world community except insofar as they can trade with us.

It makes me wonder why we allowed them into the WTO and opened up free trade with them if they are simply preparing to anihilate the world beyond China's borders?
