You mean Blackwater ,yes but they need a permanent one to be very fast every where in the world in a very short period of time!

That is the lovely thing about Mercenaries; they are everywhere that greed exists. You don't think they wouldn't be able to deploy as fast, to whatever location they needed to, as lets say the US military? They don't have to worry about international treaties like nations do.

There are a handful of families that own all the central banks in the world, the own the multinationals and the government and by default the people too... They control the information, what laws are past and when we go to war...

Families like the Rockefellers have a lot to answer to.

and yes they do use credit cards for wepons. Look what happened to wikileaks a legal company. They have been finacialy strangled by visa and mastercard on orders of the US government..

What do you think the IMF, WTO and World bank are for. There are not there to develop the world. They are there to control. They make you play by there rules, strip countries of there assets, tell countries what crops to grow and how much they will get for them and at the end the countries end up owing them vast amounts of money.. It happens to third world countries all the time and is now it is happening to developed nations like Greece. The banks bankrupt the country.. Then buy all the assets at next to nothing....

Look what just happened in Libya. You think politicians in the west care about the peeps of Libya. No they do not.. They want to control the oil and install a central bank and then get out the county.. Once the central bank is in place, they will end up owning the country... Very telling that the rebels in Libya were given a central bank a week after they started their war...

Like the other guy said, what do you think Blackwater is? They are now the largest armed force in the entire Middle East. I would call that pretty permanent wouldn't you?
