A few observations.

One, I can't believe the OWS lovers here on ATS aren't all over,,,, whinning about this.

Two, the media failed again. They tried to make the "OWS" something it wasn't. It was something they HOPED would turn into a movement with purpose/cause. Instead, it has become what it is....a farce.

Lastly, the common claim made by all the OWS camps broken up is....... "We'll be back!!!". Proves to me they have no intention of getting work/or trying to.

I dare say they would not be good employees. It will be interesting to hear the stories of woe from the OWSers as they get turned down for jobs etc. "I gave them my resume' which highlight my efforts during the OWS days!". I can't believe they didn't hire me!

Im sick of ignorant people like you. Do you understand were in an economic crisis. Sure just go to work everything will be fine..... until the whole economy crashes and the world gets bucked. I mean at least there doing something about it.

Don't people realize when there a mass amounts of people joining together for a cause over 1500 cities in the world theirs a problem. People look at this and go look at these low life idiots what the hell are they doing, besides there are not even enough jobs available in the usa for all the occupiers are economy is garbage........ for those on ATS who think that you need one rammed in the arse, cause if that won't wake you up i don't know what will.

That sir.....is blatant generalization and damn right ignorance of the people involved.

The only people who let OWS fail are people like you....who are blind to the bigger picture and focus on the few who the media portray as the majority.

Now that OWS is ending....do you ever think there will be peaceful protests again? No, because those in power are going to damn well make sure that people are unable to amass like this again.

If OWS wanted to make a real change they, OWS, would have marched on DC not on or against Wall Street, you want change I get that!
The money makes are just that money makers not law makers.
Go after the law makers for they are the ones to set the rules, regulations and guide lines on who gets, makes, and receives what you all want, A fair wage, fair work, and fair education. yes wall street got a hand out, a band aid for a big cut on a artery, it is bound to fail, then there will be no wall street, then we. all of us, will on be living on the street, except the ones in power they will still have there homes and offices , and the ones that are left working will have the burden of paying for them homes and offices.

Absolutely, but instead of helping change the direction of the protest all we did was belittle, laugh, and discredit the chance.

sadly this is true, I have had chances to talk to a few of OWS protesters, seems members have no real direction nor leader ship, no real set agenda to much on the plate to make any real difference, some said rent was to high, cost of living is outrageous, that I should quit my job, and not support the masters, the cost of ED is to high, there will be no aid for the poor, this, I agree on, but quite my job no. So my advice is get/ have a one voice.
OWS imagine all of you all across the nation saying the same thing at one time as one voice, it is not that hard to do not in today's tech world you do this Ill be for ya 100% till then. be well, and when you see the cops a coming disperse, this would catch them off guard yes some have tents will all of your stuff, can I ask why???

True, but with a stipulation. Washington D.C. is like Vatican City, it has its own seperate laws and is seen as a seperate entity from the U.S., hows that for shady. Vatican City is a district of Rome in Italy but it too has its own laws and is seperate from Italy and treated like its own country.

Watch what happens if OWS goes and protests in front of the white house, the military will be ontop of them so fast you would think they were the Taliban and as far as th Oval office would be concerned, they would be Taliban, Patriot Act enforced and the whole lot of them thrown in prison for as long as el presidente desires without due process. Thats a Police State for you.

As I said before, Sitting around every city BUT Washington D.C. is not "Doing Something".

If they really wanted to change things or be effective, they need to march on D.C. But, We all know that isn't going to happen.

That is where they are getting their marching orders from (and support).

Can't have them attacking the Headquarters....

To continue any further saying these folks are a legitimate movement is just fantasy. All make believe..... that happened to pull a few do gooders/well intentioned folks into the fold... ate them up and spit them out.

Either go get a job or go march on Washington D.C. You at least to try and get a job.. then march on D.C. I will be there with you.... arm in arm. So will many more... more than you ever realized.... but again-that isn't the mission of the OWSers-is it.

Go ahead... whine away....

If you knew anything about this movement which you speak so strongly against then you would know there is an OccupyDC. Further they have drafted a deficit proposal (see sig). Look to hear more from DC and Occupy next week.
