I downloaded and installed a different browser and then decided to uninstall it. After that my shortcuts to web-pages dont have a program associated with them so when I click on them they dont open up the browser, it just says this file does not have a program associated with it. I tried to right click on the shortcuts so I could select a program to open the link but that option isnt listed in the drop down menu.

Can anyone help me with this?

Open Explorer.exe...go to Tools->Folder Options->File Types then find the ext that you want changed...click on it...change what program opens it.

I already changed the one that says "internet Shortcut" but it doesn't work. I have other things in the file association folder with the ie icon, some of them say "none" should I change all the ones with the ie icons?

IE is your problem.

Try getting Mozilla Firefox!
www.mozilla.org...

IE is a worthless browser.
