Right, so here i was chilling with BoB trolling some other sites and came across this video. So i ask without using any cerebral activity would she be able to sue the N.F.L. for being exposed to dangers that were not in her job description.

On a personal note, looks like someone got lucky judging by the smile

I am sure that she signed some papers that state if your on the field, you could get hurt.

However, if that's not the case. Yes she could sue.

I'm sure they are aware of the dangers of standing on the sidelines and they are warned to watch the game to be able to get out of the way, if need be.

If you look at the back of a ticket to a baseball game it states that the ticket holder, by entering the stadium, acknowledges the risk of getting hit during the course of the game and, therefore, the team and the stadium are not responsible for any injuries.

I'm so happy that the Steelers are good enough that they don't need any stinkin' cheerleaders.

There's always going to be a wannabe in the crowd.

I didn't say that the Steelers didn't have fans. Their fans are the most dedicated around -- as you can see from her outfit. Brrr! She's gotta be cold!
