I swore I tried it a couple of times before it worked. I tried something else as well based on the hint below that took me to an interesting page. However it wasn't correct.

If any one knows the answer for six please u2u me. I know it involves math somehow but I am clearly doing it wrong.

I know what the picture is in reference to, but when I use it, it says "Now go back and answer the question".

It's a "TUBE". If you rotate it, it could be a "c", an "n", or a "u". Combine one of those letters with "TUBE", then do a facepalm, and answer the last question. Remember to add .html, lol.

Level 10 part two, I've read the source code, and used that and what is on the page with google but the name I'm coming up with just isn't working

Who is the creator of the answer to the first part? Wikipedia is your friend here.
What was his first name? Summer?

An EOF marker denotes the end of a file. Just remember to add .html to your answer.

Level 5 is kicking my a$$ bigtime...
I got to the screen that says -
