No Time No Place

It's been a long time since I posted anywhere on ATS but I just wanted to share this little bit of literature/artwork with the rest of the community and I was hoping to get some feedback if y'all have don't mind

no time no place
no past no future
only the present; the here and now
the ever constant and ever changing battlefield
it's presence bringing ruin and calamity to once peaceful and prosperous nations
man, woman and child alike are both the victim and the soldier on this battlefield
your home is the battlefield
the new order is chaos
what's the cost of war?
human life
war changes people negating their compassion
any degree of sanity is abolished
the technology of weaponry has evolved but the intent remains the same in this conflict
death and dying
an enemy without shape or form but rather a spirit of iniquity
the pain
the sorrow
the fear
the filth and the fury
the end and the joy
no time no place
no past no future
God help us all
anarchy ever present
no time no place

run run quick
take cover
arm yourself
no time no place

sleep is a rationed commodity as there is no rest for the wicked
a child's first present is a firearm
diplomacy is conducted by the means of fabulous destruction
indiscriminate bloodshed
peace is a term long forgotten to the countless lives taken over the course of time
is it possible for love to bloom in the midst of battle?
could one discover solace when the conditions appear less than favorable?
does beauty arise?
love is ever present
to find the one who will cause the misery to melt away
love is beautiful
life is beautiful
the world however, is hideous
love is beautiful

these hands have so many traces
these fee have been so many places
these eyes have seen so many faces

the pain
the sorrow
the fear
