Russia threatened NATO if they invaded Iran. Russia even threatened the USA about their missile defence. You think that if the USA/NATO does go into Iran, that Russia will stand idly by, even though they have publicly said they would defend Iran? Defend their Independance from Imperialists?

Seriously, your basing your statement on nothing. I am basing it on recently televised statements by the Russian leadership. China has also indicated it wishes to Protect Iran. Russia sold Iranian Government missile defence systems. They are clearly in this together.

Your assumption is just that, assumption. I am basing my statement on a factualy happening. How can you say your right given the facts? Your merely being ignorant to be ignorant in order to support your ignorant argument based on zero facts.

If I remember correctly they were cautioning against a potential strike due to the likely consequences of one. When did they make any threats?

They will defend Iran up to the point that it conflicts with their own interests. Russia is notable for the assistance which it has withheld from Iran.

I live in Iran and I know there won't be any wars in the following years. US needs Iran to sell that God-damn weaponry to other countries in Mid-East. Islamic Republic also needs US to spread its Ideology and propaganda. US is not about to start any Big Wars. USA should notice its economic problems rather than triggering a war with no sight of possible certain victory.

Islamic republic is based on the idea of opposing USA, Israel and west. they think they will unite all combatants against US.
they say all problems of islamic nations are caused by US and israel. they try mislead the minds of people, not to destroy US but to have thier own benefits.

PLEASE! This year, all I ask for is for Iran to attack Turkey. This way, America can sit back and watch (during commercials of course) as Turkey annihilates Iran! It would also give new meaning to "Turkey Day" and one which America, if not the world, would indeed be thankful for.

That's not really true or in perspective.

Iran hasn't invaded or threatened to invade anyone, they are not the aggressors IMO but the defenders (of their land and way of life). I think it's fair for them to say if people start bombing and killing them that they would fight back and hit installations aiding the attack on them.

But they keep threatning Israel all the time and the fact they want nuclear energy without inspections is suspicious. Now you will say but Israel has nukes as well and they don't get inspected. True that, but Israel does not go around threatning other nations. They simply want to be left alone. People want to simply be left alone but everyone dislikes/hates jews because they think they run the world or something like that.

If ahjmenidihad wasn't such an as ashole, like sadam hussein and gadafahi and assad, then no one would bother him, but like many dictatorships that rule by propaganda and an iron fist they need to create exterior distractions to survive. Someone should plot a cou-de-tat and finish him off. The world would be much safer without him and his ilk.

Until very recently, Iran didn't seem too concerned with NWO. Zionism yes, but I bet Ahmadinejad is tied right in to the conspiracy. You think that guy is truly against the NWO? I'm inclined to agree with the other guy about what Iran is fighting, whatever story Ahmadinejad is telling.

Perhaps he means there is a difference between what is considered a true teaching of Quran and the radicalism which is currently parading as Islam. Not all muslim subscribe to the radical version, but you will rarely hear them talk about it.

Perhaps another tactic of population reduction? I don't keep up with these things too much but do realize there might be more behind the the story than people can see. I also read some Iranian scientist was "developing" a disk-shaped aircraft but that's irrelevant. Although it does add to the "fact" that they are trying to develop defenses like any other nation. As if developing a nuclear weapon was for peaceful purposes. Lulz of course they're gonna use them for an attack or retaliation. Look at the roots of every action all these nations have taken and follow them. You might learn something new.

I'm not in favour of bombing Iran but threatening to attack Turkey purely because they have NATO missiles on their land will not go down well with the Turkish, however, they have only threatened to attack if they are attacked so they will not be classed as the aggressor. This is infact Israel because Iran aren't playing ball with the treaty they are part of, if they do have weapons of mass destruction then that is no reason to attack them. It is Israel's constant warmongering that is getting on my nerves, they take land from the Palestinians which they have no right to and treat Arabs poorly. Unless Iran attacks first then there can be no justified reason to attack them, which means hopefully we won't.
