You laugh of the truth, but no problem.... “The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore all progress depends on the unreasonable man.”

Hey friend.
It sounds like you have a bad case of existentialism to me, have you been reading too many philosopy books?
And right now I may just be living inside the heart of the body, and I one day hope to move to the brain.

I wasn't laughing, I apologose if I gave that impression. The problem is that there is no way to prove you are in fact a 'brain in a jar'. For this reason you might find it hard to convince people on this site of your story.
The old leap of faith again.
I don't have a screensaver

I am not smoking since I don't have a body, but I use to smoke Blackwell I cannot remember that sensation of smoking !

Aren't we all just brains locked somewhere in this quantum though? You could consider the body to be a jar because it is a type of container. I'm just going to assume that your original post was meant to be a metaphor.
(Either that or what the hell are you smoking?)
What is a matrix? It's easy for you to speak since you have a body.

You are correct! We only experience what our senses tell us. All reality happens in the brain only (as we percieve it). So OP we could all be in jars next to each other being fed this information. Maybe they forgot to program you a body.
Welcome to the matrix.edit on 26/11/2011 by Grifter81 because: (no reason given)

I miss that! I don't want to see any Matrix!Better this,'The Legend of 1900'
The boy shows a particular gift for music and eventually grows up and joins the ship's orchestra. He befriends Max in 1926, but never leaves the vessel. Apparently, the outside world is too "big" for his imagination at this point. But he stays current with outside musical trends as passengers explain to him a new music trend or style, and he immediately picks it up and starts playing it for them.
