This video follows a disc shaped 4 rotor craft that seems to have maneuvering capabilities that is amazing.

If it were scaled up and piloted, it would be too much G-force it seems. but it is quite remarkable to watch none-the-less.

I bet it could deploy weaponry point blank without taking a hit with an experienced controller.

Some beautiful tech.

Now I'm just scared of how it'll be used.

Would loveee to have one though!
Any other videos or know who made it? It'd be interesting to know the cost of building one.

These copters are really really nice! Heres one.! add one more rotor and add GPS guidance

When this thing hits 88, your going to see some serious,,,, "coptering"

system.

Well. if it's homemade then it's not unidentified, and check out this video, imagine THIS scaled up

Control of precise aggressive maneuvers with an autonomous quadrotor helicopter. This is a small autonomous Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV). Demonstrations of flips, flight through windows, and quadrotor perching are shown. Work done at the GRASP Lab, University of Pennsylvania.

Once a flying object has been identified, it stops being an UFO. Even if a real "UFO" is identified as an Alien Spaceship, flying disc or saucer, it stops being an Unidentified Flying Object and it becomes whatever identity its given to it.

Other than that, the Flying Machine is pretty awesome!!

Hey if you can find a video (or film) of the 1923 quadrotor making the same kind of maneuvers as the quadrotor in the OP video, I'll have orgasms over that too. But I doubt you can!

I've never piloted one of these modern quadrotors but I have to wonder if some of these maneuvers are the result of exceptionally good piloting skills?

But the electronic stabilization is the key and what makes the latest generation superior to the earlier models, as discussed in your source. We simply didn't have the electronics in 1923 that we have today and that's what at least enables these things do the orgasmic stunts.
