Seems that Russia is vamping up its missile defenses in direct response to US and NATO placing defensive missiles in Europe.

Saber rattling? Cold War V2.0? Or is this related to the mess in the Middle East?

Scary thought that we are going back to the dark ages of Nuclear proliferation. Even mentioned pulling out of the SMART treaty.

I also find it interesting that the Kremlin is using Youtube to get its message out
