Reward for captured members of Saddam's regime

Does anyone know if a single dollar of reward money been paid to individuals or groups who provided information leading to the arrest of former members of Saddam's regime?

I have never seen confirmation of payment. Would certainly like a link to an article confirming payment.

Such rewards surely has been paid since it is no problem for Bush to do that; also America loads a lot of money into Iraq for Iraqis who will be on their side

I would imagine the rewards have been paid yet I have not read a word about it. Seems to me like it would be an interesting subject and one the press would scurry about to cover.

Call me crazy.
