The Truth about Oregon's Blanket Stay of Execution

Most of the Oregon politicians acknowledge the police state dialogue and HLS' push for more control. Laws are going into place to protect certain rights of its citizens.

Take for example the fact that Vera Katz, former Mayor of Portland, set a president for being the first to refuse to cooperate with federal authorities in apprehending suspects in the "War on Terror". Certain suspects weren't released to the Feds.

Let's not forget Mohamed Osman Mohamud either! It was published on the front page of the Oregonian that Mohamed had been groomed by the Feds and allegedly even purchased supplies from Federal agents. This was an obvious attempt to soften relations between the State and HLS and encourage Oregon to work more closely with the Federal Government. As the truth of the mater surfaced you'd be surprised to even read about the mater now in MSM - anywhere.

The stay of execution was intended to provide some measure of security to the accused. Listen to John Kitzhaber's comment, "The death penalty as practised in Oregon is neither fair nor just, and it is not swift or certain. It is not applied equally to all.... It is a perversion of justice that the single best indicator of who will and will not be executed has nothing to do with the circumstances of a crime or the findings of a jury."

This verbiage is very important and shouldn't be overlooked. This completely strips the Federal Government of any powers of apprehending and executing an Oregon Citizen based solely under the ambiguous title of "Terrorist". It is a perversion of justice when the single best indicator of who will be executed is locked away in a secret dossier, unavailable for public scrutiny. Such suspects would have to be illegally 'kidnapped' without cooperation of local law enforcement. In fact, there are already rumors that California, Oregon and Washington police are arresting Federal agents who "obstruct justice" during their investigations.

As in Ron Paul's statement during the CNN debate on HLS, he clarified that the new definition of 'terrorist' could include anyone. It is necessary that other State legislature follow Oregon's lead to protect their citizens.

Unfortunately for HLS, the precautions that are being made in the best interest of The People are becoming blurred. The Feds have been messy lately. In the process of providing National Security, the last thing the US Government needs now is to lose the trust of The People. The irony is that the 'real' terrorists will be hiding under the recent protections produced from the Feds continued bungling.

Unless the 'War on Terror' is clarified absolutely, and the corporate interests are separated from legislature and foreign policy, this struggle will escalate out of control. Although I don't expect a civil war, I do expect to see future engaged confrontations between State and Federal agencies.

In time the definition of 'Terrorism' will be clarified. There is no choice since corporate interests will never be separated from State. The new definition is the next logical step before blood is shed between the very agencies that are here to serve and protect The People. The definition won't be 'The War on Corporations'.

The War on Terrorism will turn into a 'War on Religion' because that is the only aspect of the apparent problem that can be identified. For no religion in any form has as strong of an influence as corporate interests. Religion is also the only 'label' that is non-racial and thereby still fits the current population reduction goals.

I saw that thread and disagree with the focus on a conversation of crime and punishment. That conversation can be handled by MSM with impunity. It is more important to focus on how this will effect relations between Oregon and Federal agencies in apprehending suspected 'Terrorists'.

I'm not really sure why when there is news as significant as this, the post is overwhelmed with flags and comments only after the direction of the thread is compatible with MSM. Someone should start collecting threads and tracking the users who frequent MSM trolling.

No offense to you Kryties. I'm just saying this because I see it a lot here.
