On a quick side-note, Troll Dolls were called Gronks back in the late 60's and early 70's.

These days, in Australian slang, 'Gronk' is just a nice way of calling somebody a Moron, as calling someone a Moron is just as bad as calling somebody an Idiot, which will get your head punched in.
